I currently have pets of my own and regularly dog-sit for my sister’s German shepherd mix, ensuring he stays active by walking him four times daily to manage his high energy levels. Additionally, I have experience dog-sitting for my cousin’s pug mix, Louie, typically caring for him for about two weeks at a time. During these periods, I make sure he is bathed and groomed before returning home. Growing up, I owned a dog for approximately eight years, where I developed the essential skills needed to properly care for and manage a pet's well-being.

A typical day
A typical day for me to provide dogs with fun activities is a lot of outdoor running and exploring places that are pet friendly such as dog park. On hot days I love to bring dogs to the park that aren't overcrowded with people to allow them to enjoy water sprinklers as a way to cool off if they enjoy playing in the water. I enjoy providing the dogs in my care with puzzle toys filled with their favorite treats. It's an excellent way to keep them mentally stimulated and entertained.

My daughter Nerissa has always loved animals growing up from since she was kid. Nerissa studied the different breeds of dogs and learned many interesting facts on how to properly take of them and train them. My daughter used to own a dog in the past and she taught him commands in a different language that he would only understand, her love for animals is what bought her to want to become a vet tech.
Nerissa has cared for my dog Rosie a multitude of times for the past 6 years when I would visit family in Virginia. I feel incredibly comfortable leaving my dog in her care and believe she would make a good care take for other dogs
