Nicole went above and beyond: she worked with us for over a month before my trip to get accustomed to Ralph's temperament and help prep the apartment for safe dosing. Because of her thorough preparation, she was able to handle Ralph’s medication with 100% confidence while I was away. She was super communicative throughout. Sin Ying is wonderful with cats! My cat is very shy and cautious around strangers, but he warmed up to her surprisingly well and was comfortable interacting with her. She was also great at administering his medication and inhaler, Really appreciated how patient and gentle she was with him. I found out my cat had an ear infection 1 day before a 10 day international trip. I usually have my neighbor watch her, but the vet wanted me to wipe a scratch near her ear once a day and administer ear drops in her ear twice a day so I knew I needed more help. Natalia responded almost immediately to my request and she was at my apartment meeting my cat within 24hrs! She was communicative, kind, and best of all was able to wipe her scratch AND get ear drops into her ear (she’s very wriggly so this was impressive!). I was so grateful for peace of mind so last minute! She’s the best of the best!
