“We’ve used Laura a few times for our cat and will continue to use her as our regular Rover! She is timely, very communicative, and overall fantastic. Highly recommend.”

“Satisfied customer, Each visit Dorothy sent photos of our cat playing or eating. She also cleaned up after our cat, who has accidents. It even seemed that she cleaned the floor near the pan. As an indicator of a friend to our cat, when she arrived to drop off the keys to our place, he went right to her to get a rub! She is an amazing cat sitter.”

“Ashley was great with my cats. She took care of them as she was instructed. One of my cats is very shy and even he came out to her when she was coming over. I will definitely use Ashley’s help in the future and recommend her to others.”

“Couldn’t be happier with Catalina! She went above and beyond in putting me at ease while I was away. She kept me updated on all the latest happenings and even went so far as to make a few extra trips- one to fix my mistake, and one just because! Though my little one didn’t come out to greet her, he seemed happier than he has in a long time upon my return, which means he was taken very good care of. I couldn’t be happier, and would recommend Catalina to anyone who needs their fur baby watched after by a kind, courteous, loving sitter.”

“Stephanie is amazing. I had never left my diabetic cat with anyone I’ve never known before and I was a nervous wreck going on a cruise with limited reception. Every time I turned on my phone I smiled at all the pics and videos to ease my mind. Unfortunately as a pet parent, one of my worst fears came true when my cat got very sick while I had no service (no fault of the sitter) but very scary as a pet owner. Stephanie immediately contacted the vet and took my cat there and handled Scamp like her own. I couldn’t have done a better job myself in that situation. The vet couldn’t contact me and didn’t want to begin without consent but Stephanie insisted. When I got service a few hours later everything was already being handled and my baby was back in their care a few days later. I’m so extremely grateful for her care. She loved my cat as if he were her own and I was able to pick up my baby today and I will definitely use her again in the future. If you are worried, and even if a terrible situation arises, know that Stephanie is the best person to have handle it. She even bought him other special diabetic treats to get him to eat afterwards (with permission). She updated me every step of the way with his eating, insulin, treats, litter usage, demeanor, and overall wellbeing. Thorough is an understatement for how she handled everything and even through everything she managed to help me stay calm and know my baby was being well taken care of. Stephanie is an amazing sitter and human being.”

“Melanie was amazing. She took such good care of my cat Belle while I was out of town and kept me updated the whole time. I highly recommend Melanie to care for your animals!”

“Thoselin was amazing! We thought our cat would be shy or scared, but Thoselin made her feel safe and our cat warmed up to her quickly! She sent us pictures and was easy to communicate with. Five stars!!”

“Arianna was a great caretaker for Benny and Su. She was flexible with scheduling and worked around our vacation plans. Thank you for watching our cats, Benny and Su and us appreciate it!”

“I have to say, this is my first experience with Rover. I was leary at first leaving my Cat with anyone, but Robin made me feel so comfortable. Robin answers quickly and provides pics and updates all along. When I contacted Robin, she came over for a meet and greet and Callie was paying no mind to her. It was nice to see in the pic that Callie allowed her to get close. Callie is very shy and doesn't like to come out of hiding. Seeing pics of Callie checking out the premises gave me such a sigh of relief. I definitely recommend Robin for your fur babies.”

About: What differentiates me is the love and patience I give to each pet. I have experience with puppies and older dogs that need special care and shy rescue puppies. I treat each pet as if it were mine and always keep the owners informed with photos and messages. Pet care is part of my everyday life. I enjoy spending time with animals in the mornings and evenings, and I always make sure pets receive walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. My schedule is flexible, so I can adjust to the needs of each pet and provide reliable, loving care whenever it’s needed. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, pets always have a clean and cozy space, fresh water, and regular walks or playtime. I make sure the environment is safe, secure, and free of hazards. In a client’s home, I follow their routines carefully, respect their rules, and provide regular updates with photos so owners can feel at ease knowing their pets are happy and cared for
About: Hey, I’m James! I’ve owned and cared for pets my whole life and I’m usually the one friends and family call when they need someone reliable for their dogs. Even though I work full time and run my own business, pet sitting is something I choose to do because I genuinely enjoy it. My availability on Rover is built around my lifestyle so your pet is able to have my full attention during their stay. I currently have one dog, Chase. He is a medium-sized Australian Eskimo who’s been with me since he was a puppy. Raising him has given me plenty of hands on experience with dog training - from positive reinforcement, crate training, recall, and more. All of it has helped me to understand dog psychology better and speak their language. I know the patience and care it takes to keep them calm, happy and healthy. Boarding & Daycare Policies • For boarding, I'm currently only hosting dogs who are crate-trained or independent enough to sleep in a secured space overnight. This helps ensure safety, structure, and a calm sleep environment for all dogs in my care. Crates are never used as punishment. They are a secure, familiar space for rest and downtime. • For daycare, I can host small and medium-sized dogs. Crate training is not required but they must be potty trained. Someone is always home throughout the day to supervise them closely, so your dog(s) can safely relax, play, and enjoy outdoor breaks. I treat every dog like family and look forward to meeting yours! Someone is always home, so your dog will rarely ever be alone for an extended period of time. Walk schedules will be followed exactly as provided. Feeding times and portions will be matched to your dog’s usual routine. We have a secure, gated backyard, allowing for frequent bathroom breaks and plenty of supervised outdoor time or games of fetch throughout the day. I treat every dog as if they were my own - with patience, structure, and attention to the small details that make them feel safe. My space is quiet, secure, and set up for comfort, whether your pup loves stretching out for naps or playing in the yard. You’ll get regular updates and photos so you never have to wonder how they’re doing. I follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible to keep them happy, balanced, and comfortable from day one. For drop-in visits, I treat your home and your pet’s space with the same care and respect I give my own. I follow all instructions closely from feeding and walks, to specific routines or security details like locking doors and setting alarms. Each visit includes focused attention, playtime, and a check to make sure your dog (or cat) is safe, comfortable, and relaxed before I leave. I always send a detailed update and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands while you’re away.

About: I've been around animals my entire life. I grew up with creepy crawlies (reptiles, amphibians, and the like), little furry friends (hamsters, guinea pigs, dogs, cats and ferrets), and even a few fish. I love animals and would love to get to know yours! I am available nearly 24/7 with a very flexible schedule. I can also care for elderly dogs, administer oral medication, and exercise your high energy dogs. Im currently working part time, so Ill have plenty of time to walk, play, and generally show love and attention to your pet(s)! Im free Friday-Monday from 8am-10pm every week and can do late drop ins during the work-week after 7pm. Im a very intuitive person when it comes to animals emotions/needs and am able to respond accordingly while following pre-established rules by the owners. For example; If a dog has high energy and is barking a lot for seemingly no reason, they may be feeling anxious. So ill do a check in where a run through things they may need (food, out, pets) and if that doesnt work, ask them to show me the problem so we can adress it together. All whilst exuding calm, confident tone and body language to show that everything is okay despite what they may be feeling. Im also extremely committed to your pets safety and comfort. Im very comfortable and quick when high stress situations arise. Whether it be removing a chicken bone from somebodys mouth who shouldnt have it and is being aggressive, dealing with other pets off leash, or on the rare occasion there's a medical emergency, I will keep my cool and make sure they get the help they need, no matter what.
“Michael helped make my time away during the holidays exceptionally stress free! He checked in every day and added photos of my cat, and did everything exactly how we talked about! I’m sure my cat was lonely but was definitely happy to have Michael’s company every day! Very trust worthy, friendly and self sufficient. Definitely keeping in mind for next time. Thank you Michael!”

“Irene is took wonderful care of my cat, Biscotti. Her communication put me at ease while travelling abroad and she's very easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend!”

“I've used Mandel twice now. I highly recommend him! He's a gentleman. I know that's a bit unusual to say, but that really sticks out to me. Also, he is always on time and is great with my elderly cat. I will always use him from now on!”
About: I've taken care of my friend's cats while they have gone on trips and I have had my own cat for the last 2 years. I work a hybrid schedule where I am not required to go into my workplace every day. this allows me to board on weekdays and weekends I have my own cat who is friendly and gets along with other cats, though my apartment layout will allow each cat to have their own space if desired.
About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and care I bring to every pet I meet. I don’t just show up, I build a bond. I have a three year old husky who’s full of energy and loves making new furry friends he’s playful, friendly, and knows when to give other dogs space. If your dog enjoys socializing, they’ll have a built-in buddy to play with! My home is pet-friendly, with plenty of space for play, rest, and one-on-one attention.
