“Margarita and Chris were an absolute joy! She sent me many photo and video updates while I was away, and it was clear that Winston was having a wonderful time, lots of cuddles, lots of playtime, and so much care. I really appreciated her thoroughness and communication throughout. She was also incredibly kind and flexible when my travel schedule ran a little late. Winston came home happy, and we’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“This was Timmy’s third stay with Denis and his wife, and at this point, they’ve truly become his home away from home. The moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in the best hands. What stands out most is the genuine love and care they show him. The daily photos and videos always make us smile because you can clearly see how comfortable, happy, and loved Timmy is. The cuddles, attention, and affection they give him are so heartfelt—it’s obvious they treat him like one of their own. Knowing Timmy is with people who care for him so deeply allows us to fully relax and enjoy our trip without any stress or worry. Denis and his wife are repeat sitters for life, and we’re incredibly grateful to have found them. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for kind, trustworthy, and truly exceptional pet sitters.”

“I've booked Kristin a few times, and she has always been very kind and helpful, especially with the special accommodations that my cat needs. I feel she provided a good environment for boarding my cat. In particular, I appreciate her being very helpful and communicative after my cat had a medical episode and needed to be taken to the ER. Her care made a difficult moment easier to go through.”

“Diana was very responsive and professional with my stay for my young high energy dog. She sent adorable pictures very often which made me happy while I was away. Her home is spacious and clean, and there's a backyard which was perfect for my dog to go potty in the snowy weather during my trip. Would definitely recommend and book again! Thank you Diana!!”

“Lexi had her first sleepover with Julia 😱. It went so well and Lexi was so well taken care of. Julia kept me updated with pictures and comments. I had to change/extend my pickup and Julia accommodated and even offered and provided dinner for Lexi as I had not planned for it. She is very kind and careful with Lexi which I really appreciate.”

“Leandra took wonderful care of our fur baby. Our Frenchie is spoiled (read: not well trained for this first time dog owner). Leandra was patient, responsive, forthcoming, communicative, and incredibly kind. She did not sugar coat and I could tell it’s because she’s so compassionate and loves animals. She’s a pro and we were so lucky to find her.”

“Vanessa took great care of our Dexter while on vacation. We got lots of updates and reassurance that he was doing well and having fun. She accommodated an early drop off and we trusted her fully!! Love Vanessa and Dangles!”
“This is my 2nd time having my baby Bandit stay in her home. Sam is very helpful and she sends me a daily update. I always feel her love and care for my baby Bandit. Highly recommended!”

“Words can not express how awesome my fur babies were taken care of. The pictures and always updates on my fur baby’s was a great experience. I recommend David 1,000 times . By far he’s been the best .”

“Judith was great with my dog. She kept me updated on his experience via pictures and text. She was very friendly and inviting. I felt like I've know her for years. Her entire family was involved with my pet. She bathed my dog with the most amazing shampoo. It seemed to last for a week.”

“I had a pet sitter emergency and had to find someone to take care of my baby for several days at the last minute. Adriana immediately put me at ease as she was very communicative and sent us pictures throughout the day. I would definitely book her again!”

“My pug Charlie had another wonderful time with Abbie and Peachy. Charlie feels really safe with Abbie even though she is a little anxious and Peachy is a great friend that helps Charlie to stay active and socialized especially in this cold weather. Outstanding hosts!”

“Awesome dog sitter! Sent me pictures and gave me updates everyday. I’m not sure my dog even wanted to come home after staying with them. Will definitely use them again.”

“From a slightly crazy dog mom, leaving Pepper with a stranger was so hard for me- I was super nervous and felt like I wouldn’t enjoy my trip because I’d be worrying about her. Within the first day away, my worries were totally gone- Steven was so kind and communicative, he sent so many pictures, reassured me, and was just all around wonderful. I was wishing for a sign that she’d be okay when I left her, so if you’re reading this review and feeling the same way take this as your sign!! Thank you so much Steven!!”

“Krystal took wonderful care of our dog, Joules, while we were away for two weeks. We were initially nervous about leaving our older dog for that long, but Krystal made the experience completely stress-free. She kept us updated regularly, gave Joules plenty of attention and long walks, and clearly cared about his well-being. We came home to a happy dog and couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend Krystal!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Grace! I left my cat Aria with her for 5 weeks, and she took absolutely wonderful care of her. Aria usually gets stressed in unfamiliar places like the vet or groomer, so I was especially nervous about how she would react to other cats and a new environment. Grace handled everything perfectly. She started Aria off in her own room so she could feel safe, and then slowly introduced her to the rest of the house and to Grace’s cat. Within just a few days, Aria was roaming around comfortably and even socializing! Grace sent me frequent updates and photos, and I was amazed at how relaxed and happy Aria looked. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she wasn’t stuck in a cage (like the “cat resort” I thought was our only option before I found Grace), but instead had the freedom to explore, play, and feel at home. I’m beyond grateful to have found Grace. She’s thoughtful, patient, and truly understands cats. I’ll definitely be using her for all future boarding needs—we won’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!”

“Kiersten and Casey did an amazing job with Nyla. She settled in quickly with no issues, which can be a challenge at times with Nyla…,plus I got a few beautiful portraits of Nyla. Talented for sure, you can see their love for dogs. I will definitely be rebooking!”

“I’m so lucky to have found Ruth-Ann and Brandon. I had to take a last minute trip and was worried about finding suitable accommodations for Bleu. These two were amazing and accommodating. I got lots of pics and videos Bleu during my time away. She looked happy and comfortable and that’s all I could’ve hoped for.”

“AMAZING! Took care of my wonderful puppy, even taught him how to stop scratching people for food. Consistently sent photos and if I ever have to board again I know who's my number 1 pick!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - South Richmond Hill
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Megan and Brian - they are extremely communicative, always willing to send photos and updates, and were extremely nice and friendly throughout. Our dog had a wonderful time in their care, we will definitely be using them again.

Kimberly was amazing! Before Gracey's stay, we met in person to go over everything, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She was quick to communicate, sent regular updates and photos, and took such great care of Gracey. I especially appreciated that she took her out and helped socialize her, something Gracey absolutely loved. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was happy, active, and in such caring hands. I would absolutely book with Kimberly again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive dog sitter.

Kevin and Chie were EXCELLENT! They cared for and treated my sweet Teddy sooooo amazing. I was updated throughout the days with lots of pictures and videos. Teddy was smiling the whole stay! Chie kept Teddy with her at all times. I will be rebooking FOR SURE next time. They are great and caring + very responsible! Thank you so much again!

We cannot recommend Julian enough she watched Oliver for 5 dyas and went above and beyond. I received wonderful daily pictures and videos updates and Oliver looked so happy and relaxed. Julian followed all feeding instructions precisely. I will definitely book with her again.

Mehnaz was my blessing 🙌, text her with very short notice and bam , I went from a very stressful situation to being blessed by a sitter that was able to give me the peace of mind and give my dog not only love but the attention to detail was something I wasn't giving my own dog, she not only took care of him but I also learned what real kindness is, ....THANK YOU MEHNAZ 🙏

Peggy and Anthony were awesome! Despite having a big dog that can be intimidating to many, they welcomed him with open arms and took very good care of our baby! They were awesome and asked all the right questions. Their excitement to have him, made it easier to feel comfortable leaving him with them.
