“This was our first time using Rover and Juliana’s service, and we were nervous, like leaving a first grader at day care for the first time! We met with Juliana way before our boarding and the meet and greet went very well and Jin Jin was already comfortable around her and at the backyard. Juliana was very calm and friendly, very gentle and I immediately felt that Jin Jin would be comfortable as she is very anxious with noise and prefers a quiet environment. Jin Jin stayed with Juliana and her mother for over a week and we got photos and updates and Juliana was responsive to my questions. I eventually felt relieved knowing Jin Jin was doing well and that she was in good hands and well taken care of. When Jin Jin got home, she acted all normal and the experience with boarding didn’t traumatize her and I could tell that she enjoyed the time at Juliana’s. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Megan and Brian - they are extremely communicative, always willing to send photos and updates, and were extremely nice and friendly throughout. Our dog had a wonderful time in their care, we will definitely be using them again.
Kimberly was amazing! Before Gracey's stay, we met in person to go over everything, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She was quick to communicate, sent regular updates and photos, and took such great care of Gracey. I especially appreciated that she took her out and helped socialize her, something Gracey absolutely loved. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was happy, active, and in such caring hands. Kevin and Chie were EXCELLENT! They cared for and treated my sweet Teddy sooooo amazing. I was updated throughout the days with lots of pictures and videos. Teddy was smiling the whole stay!
