“This was our first time using Rover and Juliana’s service, and we were nervous, like leaving a first grader at day care for the first time! We met with Juliana way before our boarding and the meet and greet went very well and Jin Jin was already comfortable around her and at the backyard. Juliana was very calm and friendly, very gentle and I immediately felt that Jin Jin would be comfortable as she is very anxious with noise and prefers a quiet environment. Jin Jin stayed with Juliana and her mother for over a week and we got photos and updates and Juliana was responsive to my questions. I eventually felt relieved knowing Jin Jin was doing well and that she was in good hands and well taken care of. When Jin Jin got home, she acted all normal and the experience with boarding didn’t traumatize her and I could tell that she enjoyed the time at Juliana’s. I am glad I found Juliana and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable dog sitter.”

Robin answers quickly and provides pics and updates all along. When I contacted Robin, she came over for a meet and greet and Callie was paying no mind to her. It was nice to see in the pic that Callie allowed her to get close. Callie is very shy and doesn't like to come out of hiding. We absolutely loved Michael and Michelle caring for our fur babies. We went on vacation for 2 weeks and were sent numerous photos and updates which kept our minds at ease. Timely Updates: I loved receiving regular updates. It completely erased my travel anxiety, knowing exactly how she was doing. Total Comfort: You can always tell how a stay went by how relaxed your dog is when you pick them up, and Mila was happy, calm, and completely at ease. I would recommend Iwona in a heartbeat and will absolutely be booking with her again for Mila’s next staycation!

Janie did a phenomenal job watching our anxious elderly dog. She accommodated his needs well and was super understanding and patient with him and they really bonded over the 3 days. At the end, it seemed like he didn't want to leave! We will be booking Janie again.
So far Kristin has been the best dog sitter we have had. She was so compassionate and thoughtful in taking care of Bailey and helping out our family. We were under immense pressure to get to the airport on time, and she came to pick up Bailey and then when we got home was able to bring her back. She also sent the cutest pictures of Bailey each day of our trip, which reassured us and let us know how happy Bailey was. I highly recommend Kristen because she is caring, empathetic, hard working, and reliable. Your pet will be in very good hands under Kristen’s care.
This was the first time I've left my 2 reactive dogs with anyone. I was super nervous. I am so glad I found Anamika! She and family were terrific with my girls. Anamika provided updates daily and answered any questions I had. Drop off and pickup went smoothly. She even accommodated me picking them up a few hours early when I got back home. I finally found someone I can trust with these two.... planning my next trip now :-)
