She organized a meet-up between her furry baby and Merlot at the local park, followed by a house visit to make sure all the pups would get along. This vetting process gave me peace of mind. During Merlot's five-day stay, Qinyi kept me updated with pictures, videos, and updates every day. It meant the world to me to know that Merlot was happy and well taken care of. Qinyi also showed incredible flexibility when I needed to extend Merlot's stay by a night at the last minute. Her willingness to accommodate changes made all the difference.
