Diamond's stay was amazing, he had lots of fun which we could tell by all the photos that were sent to us. He was loved and taken very good care of for the week. Sam is also a great communicator which was very important to us because Diamond can be a little particular and a picky eater. We met with Juliana way before our boarding and the meet and greet went very well and Jin Jin was already comfortable around her and at the backyard. Juliana was very calm and friendly, very gentle and I immediately felt that Jin Jin would be comfortable as she is very anxious with noise and prefers a quiet environment. Jin Jin stayed with Juliana and her mother for over a week and we got photos and updates and Juliana was responsive to my questions. I eventually felt relieved knowing Jin Jin was doing well and that she was in good hands and well taken care of. When Jin Jin got home, she acted all normal and the experience with boarding didn’t traumatize her and I could tell that she enjoyed the time at Juliana’s. I left my two dogs with Ma and her family for a 10-day trip, and they took excellent care of them. They not only fed and cared for my dogs, but also spent quality time playing with them and regularly sent me photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. What impressed me most was how attentive Ma was to my dogs' behavior. It was clear that she spent a lot of time with them and genuinely cared about their well-being. During their stay, both of my dogs developed diarrhea. Ma notified me promptly, kept me updated on their condition, and worked closely with me on how to treat them. When I became concerned that one of my dogs might need veterinary care, she was ready to take him to my veterinarian immediately. She also carefully administered his medication, and he recovered well. Knowing that my dogs were in such caring and capable hands allowed me to enjoy my trip with much less worry. Maria was absolutely a perfect dog sitter. She took great care of my Xena last minute and made Xena feel comfortable in her home. Judith is one of the most reliable sitter i have met. My baby Ace was safe, comfortable, and well cared for while i was away. This was my first time leaving Ace alone and i was hesitant, but her warmth and love of animals was apparent from our first meet.
