Hayley was great and even very flexible with some last minute changes!

I would not recommend this sitter. My typically social cat hid under the bed for over five days, and the sitter made no effort to encourage her out—instead, she placed her food and litter box under the bed, which is unhygienic and discouraged exploration. After days of this, I suggested moving the litter box, and my cat began to slowly come out. The sitter’s two resident cats were not kept separate at first or introduced slowly, likely contributing to her stress/hiding under the bed. She had stayed with a previous sitter who also had a dog, and my cat and the dog got along great after just a few days. Communication was poor; I had to initiate most updates even though I was assured I’d be getting regular updates. On pickup day, I waited over four hours for a confirmed time. My cat returned home unusually clingy and distressed, behavior she has never exhibited after previous stays elsewhere. Her food bowl was also returned filthy. Overall, I did not feel my cat was in a safe or attentive environment.

Was super great about such a short notice request. Made me feel very confident in the car my cats were receiving!

Hayley was very communicative with sending pictures and updates. Pickup and drop off were very seamless. I know my kitty was loved and cared for. Will use again for future accommodations. Highly recommend!

Ollie had the best time with the host and her cats. She was very cooperative and understanding of Ollie needs and was on top of Ollie’s feeding schedule. Highly recommended :) Thank you!

I wish I could give a higher review but Larissa didn't respond when we were outside her place to drop out cat off. We had to rush home and drop her off there without any plan B because we had a flight to catch. I genuinely hope that she's okay because we just didn't hear from her again.
