I'm a huge animal lover and with me, your pet(s) will always be treated like family. All throughout my childhood my parents would not only foster children, but animals as well and because of them I’ve developed a heart that yearns to help those in need. Growing up I’ve shared journeys with beautiful animals and my experience ranges from cats, baby chickens, various fishes and turtles, and of course, the doggos. I’ve been taking care of dogs nearly my entire life and I’ve been a freelancer in the pet care industry for at least 15 years. I’m well trained to handle various domestic dog breeds and have a wide range of pet care experience including: boarding and house sitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, senior care, doggy daycare, beginners puppy training, kitten care and more. Over the years I’ve gained the knowledge on what it takes to understand them, to care for them, to love them and to help them grow and give them what they need. I would be honored to take care, provide for, and do what's necessary for your fury companion, and what's a better way to start than a friendly meet and greet ? Let’s get the ball rolling ! 🎾

Shannakae did a wonderful job with my pandemic cat Cleo. She gets scared easily of strangers and Shannakae always makes sure to give Cleo her space while taking care of her needs. Very much appreciated!!

Shannakee did a lovely job with my needy cats! I have 3 large cats that have to eat wet food as part of their diet. She came and cleaned up after them, gave them lots of love and attention and was very responsive.

I’m a freelancer and stationed at home majority of the time so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your pet(s). I’m available weekdays, weekends and holidays ✨

I’m currently located in Canarsie, BROOKLYN, NY. I live in a pet-friendly apartment community where we have multiple enclosed areas where dogs are allowed to play off-leash. My parents still live in The Bronx & I’m willing to accommodate for either location preferred. ✨NOTE✨ There are fenced yards at BOTH locations and in The Bronx we have a family dog named Cocoa, who’s super social and loves to make new friends.

A typical day
When In Brooklyn: Walks at least 3x a day. We’ll walk around the neighborhood and if you’re okay with it, we’ll spend plenty of time in one of the enclosed areas running and playing off leash. I also have an extremely social cat named Sake, who loves to have company over. When In The Bronx: (Children/Animal Friendly Preferred) If the backyard is occupied by the kids, there’s a huge field across the street from the house that I love to take the dogs to, also there is a dog park right up the block. we will run plenty and play fetch + tag with our friend Cocoa.

- It’s EXTREMELY important for me to know how social your pet is. Were they rescued/sheltered?? If so, what’s the best approach? Do they get along with all hoomans/animals upon meeting or do they prefer a warm up/meet & greet. Lastly, if applicable, please list if your pet has any allergies or dietary restrictions and if they’re on any medications just so I can be mindful ✨
