I also learned how to administer medication to dogs/cats, give cpr to dogs specifically, handle hyperactive, anxious, and/or aggressive dogs/cats, and work with all kinds of breeds ranging from chihuahuas to Great Danes. • Before that, I gained experience working with dogs by volunteering at nyc pet services in Astoria, where I took care of many different kinds of dogs by supervising the area and ensuring all dogs were happy and safe. • My love for animals started with my golden Labrador and poodle at age 5, then at age 12 I got a Maltese whom I’ve grown up with and is now 16 years old. My experience not only includes dogs and cats of different breeds and sizes but also temperament, behavior, and personality. All of this experience has taught me how to read dogs and cats better, know when to approach sensitive dogs, and the best way to interact with said sensitive dogs.
