Communication was beyond what could be expected, and the thoughtfulness, care, consideration, respect… are just a few words that now come to mind thinking about this experience. The true tell was that my dog was willing to take Avary on our USUAL hour-long night walk; something he highly protects. Janelle is a phenomenal dog sitter!! We left with our dog for a weekend and she provided so many updates, clipped his nails, and even tidied up our back yard. She was so communicative and sent us so many photos. And our house is spotless. I’d recommend her a million times over.
Erin house sat and looked after my cat and elderly pup over a long weekend and was such a wonderful and patient caretaker for them. She’s a great communicator and has such a kind and responsible energy - they were so well looked after. Highly recommended! Grace sat for my dog Odin for a week, and they did a fantastic job! Even though they got injured (not by Odin) on the first day, they were super communicative about it and we solved the problem together, and they did a great job of caring for Odin despite the obstacles. They were friendly and timely, weren't afraid to ask questions, and gave me multiple updates throughout each day at my request (I've had bad Rover experiences in the past). I came home to a tidy apartment and most importantly a happy and healthy dog. Thank you!
