She came by beforehand to go over instructions and meet our two boys, who immediately took a liking to her. She has a great disposition for cats and they could sense it right away. While we were away, Carmen was fantastic about communicating, regularly sending photos and videos that gave us so much peace of mind. She also had to give medication to one of our cats and followed the instructions carefully and confidently. When we returned, our apartment was left very clean. One of our cats unfortunately made a few messes during her stay, and Carmen was kind enough to vacuum, mop, and even wash the blankets that got dirty. We felt completely comforted knowing our cats were in such great hands and would absolutely recommend Carmen to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter”
