She took the time beforehand to learn about Marshalls routine and how to make him the most comfortable. She not only put Marshall at ease, but also me as an overprotective pet parent. Truly put my mind at such ease. I am eternally grateful and will ABSOLUTELY be using her again. I couldn't recommend her more.”
