Throughout the stay, Chukwubuikem (Chuck) sent thoughtful video updates so we always knew Henri was happy and well cared for. He was highly communicative, prompt, and made coordinating pickup and drop-off seamless. Henri came home tail-wagging and clearly had a great time.
