Throughout the stay, Chukwubuikem (Chuck) sent thoughtful video updates so we always knew Henri was happy and well cared for. I received daily photo updates that not only warmed my heart but also reassured me that Fancy was in excellent hands. She also updates me on walks, how Fancy is getting along with her two lovely dogs Rainbow and Nana and anything she finds cute that happens among the three of them.
