“I would 1000% recommend Elizabeth!! It was my first time boarding my Pandemic Pup after my planned sitter plans fell through and even though everything had to be last minute, she made the whole process super seamless, always made me feel comfortable to ask all my worried dog mom questions, and when my poor Lola unexpectedly got sick, Elizabeth jumped into action taking Lola to the Vet and keeping me informed every step of the way. Even administering medication and a modified diet. The whole time I felt my dog was in caring hands and when you are miles away, nothing can match that peice of mind. If she will have us, Lola and I, I would love to continue to work with Elizabeth.”

“My dog is very sensitive and has extreme separation anxiety whenever she's apart from me. I hadn't boarded her anywhere in 4+ years, but due to an upcoming wedding I booked her to stay with Christina for a week while I'm out of the country. I also booked a 1-night stay to see how it would go and to make sure she'd be comfortable with Christina, and everything went great. Within an hour of me leaving her they were playing ball and napping together. When I picked her up the next day she was happy and playful, and from the picture and video updates Christina provided it was clear that she was well cared for. I was worried about leaving her for an entire week, but now that anxiety is gone. Christina's reviews are all great for a reason; she is an excellent caretaker and I know that my dog will have a great time with her when I'm out of the country. After just one night my sensitive and anxious dog loves her. Highly recommend.”

William & Laurence were excellent and quickly put us, and more importantly Jobi at ease. They sent daily updates with photos and a recap of the day and we see tell Jo was being well cared for and made to feel welcome into their home and at ease. Dezzy and Jiwoo's dog Blue had a fabulous time together and got to go on many adventures to run and play at Prospect Park and other fun places. Dezzy ate well, slept well and was very well loved while we were away and we would absolutely recommend Jiwoo to other dog owners looking for a wonderful caretaker!”
