I received daily photo updates that not only warmed my heart but also reassured me that Fancy was in excellent hands. Joseph was absolutely wonderful with Eden during her boarding stay. He was flexible, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much he included Eden in his daily life—he took her along on outings and made sure she was getting plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. He also sent lots of photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear from the pictures that Eden was having a great time and was very comfortable with him. Eden genuinely seemed to love spending time with Joseph, which says a lot. She came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I would not hesitate to book with Joseph again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive sitter.
Jane was very caring and attentive to Opie, especially as he experienced some unexpected separation anxiety. She was communicative and sent lots of pictures/videos. It was reassuring to know that he had backyard access and a cool place to relax during the heat and storm over the weekend. I would recommend Jane to anyone!
Great experience. We met with Marissa and Alex prior to dates, so everyone felt comfortable. They were extremely loving to our dog, easy to work and communicate with. We felt like they treated him like their own. Our mini schnauzer got nice long walks and it was obvious he was comfortable under their care.
Perfect choice for a pet sitter not only did she treat my dog Charlie like her own but was able yo adapt to his habits and size. He is a big and very strong dog but Lois had no issues. Also during the pick up day I had major flight delays which again wasn’t an issue for Lois and accommodated me. I was already inquiring about her schedule for future stays when I picked up Charles.
Emma was absolutely amazing with Sterling and Gemmy! She took care of them for 9 days on very short notice and made the entire experience stress-free for us. She sent frequent updates and photos throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She took the pups on great walks, made them feel comfortable and loved, and it was obvious they were having the best time with her. Sterling and Gemmy absolutely adored her and can’t wait to see her again. We would 100% recommend Emma to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive sitter! Thank you Emma!
Halisa is THE most WONDERFUL pet sitter EVER!!! The care, attention to detail, follow up, professionalism, and the love she has for her job and her furry clients are just a few shining examples of her superior work ethic. I was gone for almost a week and I could enjoy my trip knowing she was there taking care of and giving the best of care to my Lucy. There is a thorough interview before she takes the job and everything is covered to insure the best quality care will be given to your pets and I assure you it is given. I also received texts and pictures while I have been gone updating me on their activities. She even celebrated Lucy’s birthday with a dog safe cupcake. 5 star sitter who I’ll definitely be using again!!!
