Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. “Labor Day weekend was the first time using a doggy sitter for my lovely cavapoo, Brooklyn. I was very nervous at first. I didn't know how my dog would react when I was away being that she suffers from anxiety separation. Ziwei made me feel comfortable and my dog too. She kept me informed from day one. I also received pictures and videos. When I picked up Brooklyn she was very happy and she looked well taken care of. Joseph was absolutely wonderful with Eden during her boarding stay. He was flexible, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much he included Eden in his daily life—he took her along on outings and made sure she was getting plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. He also sent lots of photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear from the pictures that Eden was having a great time and was very comfortable with him. Eden genuinely seemed to love spending time with Joseph, which says a lot. She came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I would not hesitate to book with Joseph again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive sitter.
Jane was very caring and attentive to Opie, especially as he experienced some unexpected separation anxiety. She was communicative and sent lots of pictures/videos. It was reassuring to know that he had backyard access and a cool place to relax during the heat and storm over the weekend. I would recommend Jane to anyone!
Great experience. We met with Marissa and Alex prior to dates, so everyone felt comfortable. They were extremely loving to our dog, easy to work and communicate with. We felt like they treated him like their own. Our mini schnauzer got nice long walks and it was obvious he was comfortable under their care.
Perfect choice for a pet sitter not only did she treat my dog Charlie like her own but was able yo adapt to his habits and size. He is a big and very strong dog but Lois had no issues. Also during the pick up day I had major flight delays which again wasn’t an issue for Lois and accommodated me. I was already inquiring about her schedule for future stays when I picked up Charles.
Emma was absolutely amazing with Sterling and Gemmy! She took care of them for 9 days on very short notice and made the entire experience stress-free for us. She sent frequent updates and photos throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She took the pups on great walks, made them feel comfortable and loved, and it was obvious they were having the best time with her. Halisa is THE most WONDERFUL pet sitter EVER!!! The care, attention to detail, follow up, professionalism, and the love she has for her job and her furry clients are just a few shining examples of her superior work ethic. I was gone for almost a week and I could enjoy my trip knowing she was there taking care of and giving the best of care to my Lucy. There is a thorough interview before she takes the job and everything is covered to insure the best quality care will be given to your pets and I assure you it is given. I also received texts and pictures while I have been gone updating me on their activities.
