About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life, and I currently have two cats of my own! I have been a pet sitter in New York for five years. I love animals and have experience with many different types, both as an owner and a sitter. I use rover for my own pet sitting, so I know first hand about the anxieties that come with using it. Because of this I know how to make it a great experience! I'm looking forward to working with you to give your pets the best care! I am a teacher, so I am at work from 7:30-2:30. I have a lot of time after work to go on walks, play with pets, and give them love and attention. I have two cats who both love dogs. I have watched several dogs of multiple breeds and sizes in my apartment and never had any issues with them getting along! I also have a multiple rooms so that I can keep the animals separate when I am not home. My apartment has a fenced in area that can be used for potty breaks, and I live blocks from Propect Park for longer walks! I use rover for drop in visits, so when I am watching a pet in your home I know how to make sure your home is properly cared for as well as your pets!

Syndi had a great 3 days with Tiffany. Easy meet and greet. I always have trouble with the drop off saying goodbye to my pup but Tiffany makes you feel like you are leaving her in great hands. Syndi looked comfortable and happy in pictures. Would definitely use Tiffany again and I recommend her highly.
I had a really positive experience with Maria, even though Lucy ultimately wasn’t able to stay for the booking. Maria was sweet, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. She took the time to do a meet and greet with us beforehand, which went really well, and I appreciated how attentive and honest she was when Lucy became nervous after drop-off. Since this was Lucy’s first time being away from me, I completely understood and appreciated Maria putting everyone’s comfort and safety first. She kept me informed the entire time and handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. Jasmin did a wonderful job watching our dog and cat for five days! She communicated with us throughout their stay and sent daily photos, which we really appreciated. She was also very pleasant and friendly in person, and we felt completely comfortable leaving our pets in her care. Her home provided them with the perfect amount of space to wander around, get comfortable, and relax. It was clear they were well cared for and able to settle in nicely while we were away. We had a great experience with Jasmin and would absolutely trust her with our pets again. Highly recommend!
Ashley cared for my service dog Ruby for nine days, and she truly went above and beyond. She kept me updated, checked in often, and made sure I felt at ease while Ruby was away from home. When Ruby had a day where she wasn’t her usual bubbly self, Ashley reached out right away. I appreciated her attentiveness and her instinct to make sure Ruby was okay. I let her know Ruby sometimes grazes her food and gets a little sluggish when she’s homesick or adjusting to a new space. I highly recommend Ashley. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.
Katie is such an attentive and responsible sitter for our dog. She truly cared for him with all her heart, rather than treating it as just a chore. Emerald and Minty took such good care of my little guy while i was out of town! She sent so many pictures and kept me updated about everything going on. My dog has his quirks and can be a bit anxious, but everything went smoothly and I felt so relaxed knowing he was being treated like a king! Could not recommend Emerald and Minty enough!!
I highly recommend Emma. She was amazing. She was able to take in Buddy for 4 weeks at the last minute when a family member had to cancel. She was a life-saver. Her and her husband Kevin took amazing care of my 6 year old Beagle Buddy. She would send me pictures and videos of Buddy frequently and fill me in on his day to day activities. They have 2 dogs and it was great to see Buddy enjoying their company and he had the time of his life. I will definitely be contacting Emma again.
Appa stayed with Katerina for 4 days. Katerina kept us posted with his daily activities. She checked in with us if Appa could have watermelon which shows her attentiveness to his diet. She sent pictures and videos of Appa. Katerina is a great sitter, will use her again.

wow, what an incredible person to find. Ben was communicative, heartfelt and caring while watching Soda for six days. Soda can be quite shy when it comes to strangers, but clearly warmed up to Ben (and Colby) quickly. i have no doubts throughout my travel whether Soda was well taken care of, and i’m immensely grateful for his diligence as a caretaker. would 100% recommend to any parent!
