About: I love cats. I love cats so much. I've had my baby since he was a baby and he's literally the love of my life—I genuinely can't live without him. I follow him everywhere and my favorite thing is snuggling together as we fall asleep. We spend all our time cuddling, watching TV, and just being together. About: *I only take one pet at a time for boarding and day care (two if they are in the same family). For additional pets, please inquire. But sometimes when work calls or when you simply need a little “me” time, we need help from someone we can trust to love and care for our pets while we’re away. My pet care experience comes from working at and caring for shelter animals, caring for stray cats, fostering cats and dogs, and loving my own beloved pets (My two dogs that have since passed - Terri, 18, Maple, 12, and cat - August, 4). BOARDING - Hours are from 8am to 8pm, with some flexibility on drop off and pick up times. Your dog stays overnight at my place. I do a minimum of 2-4 walks a day, depending on your dogs needs. Owners must provide food for their pets, but I can also accommodate for an added fee of $10 per day (includes treats/meals). Please ask about food options and provide allergy info + food preferences if interested in that service. DAY CARE - Drop off for day care is between 7-8am to 4-6pm. Requests past these hours will be considered boarding. I will love and care for your pet the way you do for them. I treat every animal I care for like family, providing patience, space, and extra attention as needed. I’m super safety conscious and keen on details, so if there are any particular habits, routines, or schedules you’d like me to follow, if your pet is trained or undergoing training and there’s anything you want me to reinforce, or if your pet has special needs and requires special care, please reach out to me with those details. She knew how to correct his puppy biting. She made sure that she fed him and mixed in peanut butter to ensure that he ate his food. She did a wonderful job taking care of Honor for the last 3 months. Unfortunately I am living in student housing that does not allow pets in the building. However there are plenty of nearby parks within 5-10 minutes walking distance from my apartment.

This is the second time we have used Shay's services within the past year; and like the first time, she did not disappoint. Prompt, informative, courteous and most importantly loving to our 2 shihtzus. They in turn respond well to her. Max is temperamental and prone to the occasional nip. But max loves Shay, permitting her to rub his belly (a great sign of trust) Fluffy is always in need of human contact and he got that by sitting next to or on Shay 😆 Shay kept us informed about her arrivals, walks, and feedings. Sending pictures and videos. My girlfriend wanted no one else to take care of our pups while we were away. About: When I was a child my family owned and cared for dogs, horses, bunnies, and chickens which meant I became an animal caretaker at a very young age. In addition to helping to feed, groom, and clean up after our pets, I was aIso responsible for administering our dog’s daily diabetes insulin. My childhood prepared me well for becoming a dog mom to a longhaired dapple Dachshund in early 2021. I cannot imagine my life without him and cannot wait for your furbaby to become his furbuddy! I'm also the proud owner of Boogs & Boop, a small business specializing in pet accessories, with a portion of proceeds donated to supporting animal shelters and dogs in need. This commitment reflects my deep passion for caring for dogs and their well being. I work full time from home, so Dog Mom is my 24/7 job title. I am conveniently located near a park so go on at least two walks a day, weather permitting. DAYCARE CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: 1. Daycare refers to drop off between 8-9am and 5-6pm, a 8-hour period. 2. Pick-up and drop-off times for Daycare must be scheduled in advance through direct message. 2. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes will be charged an additional $5 per 30 minutes that you are late. Late arrivals risk interfering with other appointments, so this fee helps to accommodate that change. 3. Drop offs before 8am are subject to an Early Drop-off Fee of $10 per hour. 4. Pick up after 6pm are subject to a Late Pick-up Fee of $10 per hour. 5. Pick up after 9pm is considered boarding which is subject to double my Daycare rate. HOUSE-SITTING CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: During house sits, I typically continue my normal schedule with other pet care clients (walks, drop-ins, etc.), so I may be out of the home for portions of the day. If your pet requires near-constant or 24/7 care, please let me know in advance. I may be able to accommodate, but this would require adjustments for my own dog and existing clients and may involve an additional fee. I care for pets in my home since I also have my furbaby to attend to. This means there’s always healthy treats, pee pads, dog wipes, and pet first aid products on hand. I understand that being away from your furbaby can be nerve-wracking, but you can rest assured that I will provide clear communication and photo updates when your pet is in my care. I do not have an attached yard, but the park is a hop, skip, and a jump away, so it’s easy to take potty breaks whenever necessary. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Please arrive with your pet on a leash. I am a strong advocate for pet safety and leash laws. 2. I do not allow guests into my home, but would be happy to meet you downstairs at drop-off and pick-up times. 3. I will ALWAYS send photos throughout the appointment, even if not directly requested. INCLEMENT WEATHER DISCLAIMER: I take all weather advisories seriously. When the heat index is above 90°F degrees or windchill is below 20°F walks will be cut short for your pet's safety and for my own. Walks will consist of “doing their business” then returning indoors. Regular service is maintained in the rain, but will be postponed due to thunder, lightning, or blizzards. Walks may be early or delayed depending on the forecast. I will always communicate with dog owners if a change of plan is necessary due to dangerous weather and temperatures. Thank you for your understanding.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a child. I have experience of working with dogs of any age: little puppies to senior dogs. I enjoy taking care of animals and bringing them joy during walks and play dates. I am currently a on my last year of high school and due to that I have lots of free time. I am usually home by 12pm and have rest of the day to take care of pets. Except Saturdays since I work once a week. I have a doggy park 10 minutes away from my house where other dogs can become a company for a pet. If dog is not allowed/does not like being in contact with other animals the rest of the park can become a great place for walks and play dates.
