It was my first time boarding my Pandemic Pup after my planned sitter plans fell through and even though everything had to be last minute, she made the whole process super seamless, always made me feel comfortable to ask all my worried dog mom questions, and when my poor Lola unexpectedly got sick, Elizabeth jumped into action taking Lola to the Vet and keeping me informed every step of the way. Even administering medication and a modified diet. The whole time I felt my dog was in caring hands and when you are miles away, nothing can match that peice of mind. If she will have us, Lola and I, I would love to continue to work with Elizabeth.”

“I was nervous about leaving my dog with a sitter at first since this is the first time she would be boarding away from home, but Ziwei's dedication and attention to detail truly put my mind at ease. I received daily photo updates that not only warmed my heart but also reassured me that Fancy was in excellent hands. I feed fresh food to Fancy along with some supplements and Ziwei was able to follow instruction without any issue. She also updates me on walks, how Fancy is getting along with her two lovely dogs Rainbow and Nana and anything she finds cute that happens among the three of them. It seemed like Fancy had a good time and was well taken care of.”
