She sent us such cute pictures and Maple was clearly super comfortable with her and happy to have her stop by to feed her and take her for a walk. She communicated with us really well and made us feel like Maple was in really good hands, which allowed us to be able to enjoy ourselves on our trip away. About: I’ve volunteered at an animal shelter for years and have a bad habit of bringing rescues home, so I’ve cared for a lot of dogs and cats with very different personalities. Grew up with a dachshund, spent summers watching my grandma’s dogs, and at some point owned a bird, a turtle and even a hedgehog. Not much surprises me anymore. My day job is running kids’ parties, so patience I have plenty of, and I don’t get rattled easily. I’ll follow your feeding and walk routine exactly how you wrote it, keep your pet’s schedule the way they’re used to, and send lots of photos along the way. Probably more than you need, honestly. Happy to do a meet and greet anytime so your pup can decide if they like me first. I reply fast and I’m flexible with timing. I run my own business, so my schedule is flexible. Mornings, evenings, weekends, midday visits all work, and yes, I can take last-minute bookings. If you message me, you’ll usually hear back within the hour. I follow your instructions like a recipe. Doors locked, food measured how you wrote it, meds on time if needed. I don’t invite anyone over, I don’t rearrange your stuff, and I’ll bring in your mail or water plants if you ask. You get photos and a short note after every visit so you know exactly how it went.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 8 years old. My family has had dogs of many different sizes and breeds, from small to large dogs, so I’m comfortable around a variety of personalities and care routines. Although I no longer have a dog of my own after losing her to old age, I currently have two beautiful cats that I’ve cared for over the past two years. I’m mostly free right now and currently looking for a new job, so I have a very flexible schedule. I’m available during weekdays and weekends and don’t mind different schedules or routines. I mostly just try to spend time with them and make sure they’re okay and comfortable. I follow the owner’s routine and instructions and make sure the pets are fed, walked, and not feeling lonely.

About: I grew up with dogs around me since I was 10! I have experience with senior dogs and those that are sick or post-op. I also work well with high- (and low) energy dogs! I am also usually the go-to for boarding among my friends and family! 😎 I’m currently working a typical 9am-5pm full time job. My availability are as follows: available for boarding on weekends; can walk your dog(s) or drop-in after 5:30pm on weekdays but anytime on weekends; always available to house-sit! For boarding, I have plenty of space in my home for your fur baby(s)! I can easily crate them if needed. As I recently moved, I had to leave my fur babies behind with my family back home so it won’t be a worry if your fur babies don’t get along with other dogs :) For house-sitting/drop-in visits, anything you and your fur baby’s needs!

About: I have had experiences with many pets, but mainly dogs of different sizes and breeds. I have had my first pet Rocky the shih tzu for nearly sixteen years! Now that Rocky is an older pup, I have assisted him in numerous ways, such as holding him up as he slowly goes on his walks (or walks around the house), spoon feeding him, keeping up with medication, and of course bathing him. I also have a second dog named Daisy, who is a yorkie-poodle mix. Daisy can get a bit anxious as she walks in the street, so I am very patient and used to furry friends who bark a lot as they go for their walks. I’m currently available all days of the week to walk and care for some new furry friends! Being that it is summer and school is out, I have a lot of free time on my hands. Throughout the year, I work in various public schools as a paraprofessional :) In the past, when I have brought new furry friends to my home, I put up a gate as a divider until I feel that the visiting pets feel comfortable around my two dogs. I feel comfortable administering medication, preparing food, changing diapers, and bathing pets of all sizes and breeds. I have also walked dogs as small as chihuahuas and as big as pit bulls for friends and family.

“Sunny was fantastic. We recently discovered our cat has diabetes and needed insulin shots. Sunny had no problem administering the medication and made us feel so calm being away, given this new development. Sunny was wonderful to work with.”
