“Shay Z...boy were we blessed to book her Good morning. We r back from a 7 day vacation. 1st option was to travel with our schitzus. 2nd was to utilize Rover the pet services business. We opted to use Rover. We have never left our pups under anyone's care. We took seperate vacations or brought them with us when driving to our vacation destinations. Needless to say vacations were more localized, not drivingmore than 5 to 10 hours. We met ShayZ to introduce the dogs and we were pleasantly surprised at how loving Shay was with the pups and how Max, who acts like a pit bull, was receptive to her. That was important as he is temperamental. ShayZ responsibility was house visit. Wellness checks. Ensure dogs had water bowl filled and food and treats provided as well as changing the wee wee pads on both daily visits. ShayZ knocked it out of the ball park. Not only providing those svcs but she walked them. Played with them and kept us informed on every visit. Providing pictures & videos asking questions when in doubt. She was prompt on every visit. She was loving as the videos showed the dogs dogs behaviour to be spirited. They lacked for nothing. So if you find yourself on Rover looking for their services look for ShayZ first. If she available snap up her time. ShayZ is loving,caring,attentive,calm and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile. Because of Shay my girlfriend and I were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying whether the digs were well taken care of. If you are a dog lover and are concerned about leaving your pet under the care of a stranger, letting a stranger into your home, as my girlfriend was, worry no more. ShayZ may not be the only choice, but definitely should be your first choice. We will use her services again. Thank you ShayZ.”

About: I have two cats of my own that were 3 months old when adopted. I have also taken care of friends dogs from time to time. I am working part time and can provide the best care for your pet that best fits both our schedules. I am able to dedicate a few hours per day. About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a child. I have experience of working with dogs of any age: little puppies to senior dogs. I enjoy taking care of animals and bringing them joy during walks and play dates. I am currently a on my last year of high school and due to that I have lots of free time. I am usually home by 12pm and have rest of the day to take care of pets. Except Saturdays since I work once a week. I have a doggy park 10 minutes away from my house where other dogs can become a company for a pet. If dog is not allowed/does not like being in contact with other animals the rest of the park can become a great place for walks and play dates.

About: Hi! I'm Janis—a current college student on a gap semester, excited to meet your pet(s)! I’ve been caring for all kinds of animals since I was young—dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish—you name it! Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs— from energetic puppies to senior dogs, as well as large breeds like Pit Bulls, Samoyeds, and Labradors. I am open to making exceptions for some large breeds depending on their behavior and after a meet-and-greet. I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter, where I gained experience walking and handling anxious dogs. My experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant has given me strong familiarity with handling medications, special diets, and injury care. I’m highly attentive, detail-oriented, and comfortable following specific care instructions to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being. I’m very responsive and make sure pet parents always feel connected by sending frequent photo and video updates. I take time to understand each pet’s personality and bond with them through the activities they enjoy most. I’m currently on a gap semester, which gives me a very flexible schedule for pet care. I’m able to spend most of the day with them, with exceptions for errands, but they will never be left alone, as I live with family. I provide at least 2–3 walks or potty breaks per day, and I’m happy to adjust based on your pet’s needs and routine. I also accept last-minute bookings whenever possible! I prioritize safety, comfort, and clear communication at all times. I’m primarily based in Brooklyn, where I live in a house with a fenced front yard and provide most of my pet care services. I also occasionally stay at a second home in Pasadena, Maryland with a large fenced backyard and offer care locally there when I’m in the area. I do not transport pets between locations– services are always provided in one consistent environment to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. During walks, I take a cautious approach by starting in quieter areas with minimal traffic to help pets feel secure, especially in new environments. I always pay close attention to their behavior and surroundings. I live with my family, so pets will never be left alone if I had to run out, and I always communicate this clearly with owners ahead of time. I currently don’t have other pets in my Brooklyn home aside from fish, which allows me to give your pet my full attention. I can also follow instructions like crating or separating pets if needed.

About: I grew up with pets and have a sweet Shihpoo of my own. I grew up with a border collie, 2 cats and a duck named Millie. I also used to sit for my friends dogs when they traveled before I got a dog of my own. I love animals and would love to walk and love yours. Since I have a Shihpoo of my own pet care for me is daily. She’s still a puppy, and I’ve been training her which I’m finding super rewarding. I walk my own pup 3-4 times a day. It was important that I got her house broken as quickly as possible. Now that she is 10 months she’s perfect at waiting to go outside to use the bathroom. My pup is very active and I understand pups that have a lot of energy on walks. I have my pup redirect her energy by bringing treats on our walks and having her perform several commands.

About: The amount of times i’ve offered to take care of my family’s pets just to spend time with them.. i absolutely adore taking time out of my day to get a boost of dopamine by spending time with our fur babies! I’ve taken my neighbors dog out on walks for 2 years now and i will never get tired of it! Our walks consist of taking her to the dog park, potty breaks and lots of treats love and attention. I am a huge dog and cat lover, i’ve had a mission to spend time with as many dogs and cats until i run out of love(never) please consider me to be apart of your fur babies life 🫶🏼🥹 I am currently working four days at a hair salon, but I’m available on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays where I can drop in during the day or any times to spend time with your fur babies. Having 3 cats i know how messy and hairy it can get! I usually come and tidy up around the house to give both you and your fur baby a clean, litter, fur free home. I tend to the litter box and wash food bowls, I’m also a huge treat person and i love giving so much love and affection, Play time is huge part of my visits not just drop in and outs, i think giving our fur babies some fun and active play time makes their whole day and it makes me super happy to be apart of their day! i also never leave without having a little fun haha
