“Came home to happy and well-cared-for kitties! They’re super shy usually and came out for Kseniia, so I’m impressed. :) Thank you so much for caring for them!”

“Lina did a wonderful job dropping in on my kitty. She followed all the instructions for my cat's complex feeding regimen. She is an excellent and prompt communicator. When I returned from my trip, my cat was much calmer than after previous trips. I am looking forward to working with Lina again. Thank you so much!”

“I can’t recommend Jackey enough. She is truly wonderful, kind, and so thoughtful. She sent regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. She was always responsive and communicative. Most importantly, she was incredibly sweet and patient with my cat, who isn’t the easiest and is currently going through a lot of changes in his life. It was clear she really cared about his comfort and emotional well-being, not just the basics. I came home to a calm, well-cared-for cat, and that means everything to me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable animal person.”

“Aleksander is a life saver. He made himself available with very short notice to drop in on my cat while I was out of town. He is friendly and conscientious.”

“Keti was wonderful with my cat, I’ve never seen him so friendly with a stranger. He was the happiest I’ve ever seen him after coming back from a trip. She did a great job taking care of him and we couldn’t be happier.”

About: I’ve taken care of pets since 15. I gained all of my experience that I have today through taking care of neighbors, friends, colleagues, and family’s pets. I am a loving, kind, caring, and patient person. I learned so much from caring for animals, that I adore them so much! Also additional, I have experience with puppies, kittens, and senior pets. I’m currently a college student, my classes are held online. Which gives me plenty of time to spend with the doggies. My weekends are busy but I can do mornings only. Because the weekends are the only days I have to finish my college work. I care for my clients pets like if they were my own. I make sure to make my clients pets feel as comfortable and safe as possible, like if they were in their own home. I love taking my time to get to know my clients pets because each pet has their own personality! I also make sure to follow any rules or meal plans that my clients leave for their pets.
About: I’m not just there to feed and walk your pet—I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel loved and comfortable. I’m patient, reliable, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs, whether that’s helping a puppy burn off energy, sticking to a specific routine, or providing gentle care for senior pets. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always make communication with owners a priority. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I make time each day for walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and giving pets the attention they need. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be reliable and consistent, and I always plan my day around the pets in my care to ensure they receive the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. Caring for animals is something I look forward to, not just another task on my to-do list. I have experience caring for family dogs, including helping with my sister’s dog and dog sitting for my aunt’s dogs during vacations. I focus on safety, consistency, exercise, and giving pets the love and attention they deserve.
About: I have had experiences with many pets, but mainly dogs of different sizes and breeds. I have had my first pet Rocky the shih tzu for nearly sixteen years! Now that Rocky is an older pup, I have assisted him in numerous ways, such as holding him up as he slowly goes on his walks (or walks around the house), spoon feeding him, keeping up with medication, and of course bathing him. I also have a second dog named Daisy, who is a yorkie-poodle mix. Daisy can get a bit anxious as she walks in the street, so I am very patient and used to furry friends who bark a lot as they go for their walks. I’m currently available all days of the week to walk and care for some new furry friends! Being that it is summer and school is out, I have a lot of free time on my hands. Throughout the year, I work in various public schools as a paraprofessional :) In the past, when I have brought new furry friends to my home, I put up a gate as a divider until I feel that the visiting pets feel comfortable around my two dogs. I feel comfortable administering medication, preparing food, changing diapers, and bathing pets of all sizes and breeds. I have also walked dogs as small as chihuahuas and as big as pit bulls for friends and family.
“Chelsie is adored by Duke. She is attentive, friendly, playful and hands on teaching him on every visit. I appreciate her approach and advice to help make Duke feel his best when she is there. She is a huge help, so thankful we found Duke a great friend.”

About: NOTE: I charge $60 as my flat fee for 6 hours of homestays. After that I charge an extra $5 for each hour per dog. (this is negotiable for repeat clients). I am usually unavailable Tues/Thurs evenings after 6pm. I also only do overnight stays for repeat clients. Hi! I've been around both dogs and cats my whole life and have been a primary caretaker of everything from puppies and kittens to senior pets to pets with special needs. My own two cats can attest that I'm ready and willing to do everything I can to give them a good life. I'm energetic and dependable, I'm also strong so your big dog won't get a leg up on me! You can rely on me to bathe, walk, feed, give medication, or even just some extra love to your pet! I'm also good with boundaries, (important for cats especially) and have worked with breeds from toy Morkie's to giant Shepards! I’m a freelancer, so my schedule changes often, but I am usually free except for Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Those are usually reserved. I only do walks within a 20 minute train ride, but will do sittings all over the city! (Note: I charge a 10% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hrs of service) I am respectful of all wishes when it comes to drop-in visits and your home, and keep to common areas, I'm also willing and in fact, encourage picture updates of your pet's care (and to reassure you if you have anxiety over leaving your pet with a stranger like I sometimes do). As for walks, there are no headphones or any other distractions to me when I walk your pet. I stay along well lit streets, and aware of your dogs needs at all times.

About: Hi! I'm Janis—a current college student on a gap semester, excited to meet your pet(s)! I’ve been caring for all kinds of animals since I was young—dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish—you name it! Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs— from energetic puppies to senior dogs, as well as large breeds like Pit Bulls, Samoyeds, and Labradors. I am open to making exceptions for some large breeds depending on their behavior and after a meet-and-greet. I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter, where I gained experience walking and handling anxious dogs. My experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant has given me strong familiarity with handling medications, special diets, and injury care. I’m highly attentive, detail-oriented, and comfortable following specific care instructions to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being. I’m very responsive and make sure pet parents always feel connected by sending frequent photo and video updates. I take time to understand each pet’s personality and bond with them through the activities they enjoy most. I’m currently on a gap semester, which gives me a very flexible schedule for pet care. I’m able to spend most of the day with them, with exceptions for errands, but they will never be left alone, as I live with family. I provide at least 2–3 walks or potty breaks per day, and I’m happy to adjust based on your pet’s needs and routine. I also accept last-minute bookings whenever possible! I prioritize safety, comfort, and clear communication at all times. I’m primarily based in Brooklyn, where I live in a house with a fenced front yard and provide most of my pet care services. I also occasionally stay at a second home in Pasadena, Maryland with a large fenced backyard and offer care locally there when I’m in the area. I do not transport pets between locations– services are always provided in one consistent environment to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. During walks, I take a cautious approach by starting in quieter areas with minimal traffic to help pets feel secure, especially in new environments. I always pay close attention to their behavior and surroundings. I live with my family, so pets will never be left alone if I had to run out, and I always communicate this clearly with owners ahead of time. I currently don’t have other pets in my Brooklyn home aside from fish, which allows me to give your pet my full attention. I can also follow instructions like crating or separating pets if needed.

About: Hey there! I’ve been caring for pets for more than 12 years, mostly helping friends and people close to me whenever they traveled or needed someone they could trust. During that time, I’ve looked after both cats and dogs of different ages, personalities, and needs, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m also a cat owner myself, so I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, comfortable, and receiving plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I always treat every animal as if they were my own, making sure they feel secure and cared for. I’m responsible, patient, and attentive to details, and I know how much trust it takes to leave a beloved pet in someone else’s hands. My goal is to give owners peace of mind and make sure their pets are happy and well looked after until they return home. I currently work part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate a lot of time and attention to pet care. This flexibility means I can easily adapt to each pet’s routine and provide consistent, reliable care throughout the day. I also offer overnight stays in pet owners’ homes when needed, so dogs and cats can stay in their familiar environment and feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m very responsible and caring, and I make sure each pet receives plenty of attention, affection, and supervision. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I provide a calm, structured, and highly attentive environment designed to support each animal’s emotional and physical well-being. I prioritize maintaining their familiar routines with precision, including feeding schedules, litter box care, hydration, playtime, and rest, in order to minimize stress and ensure continuity while their owner is away. I keep the environment consistently clean, organized, and safe, paying close attention to details such as fresh water, hygiene of feeding areas, and overall home tidiness. During overnight stays, I offer steady companionship and reassurance, ensuring pets feel secure and never isolated. I also closely observe each pet’s behavior, appetite, and mood, and I proactively communicate any changes to the owner to ensure full transparency and peace of mind.

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets for as long as I can remember. We had a cat since I was born, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. When I was 12, my mom allowed me to get a dog, and it was one of the happiest moments for me. He quickly became my best friend. Especially during my teenage years, he was a source of comfort and emotional support for me—almost like a therapist. Because of this experience, I truly believe that animals are very sensitive and intuitive. They can feel our emotions and understand us in their own way. This is why I treat every pet with patience, attention, and genuine care. I am currently a college student with a flexible schedule. I have morning classes a couple of days a week and a part-time weekend job, but I have plenty of free time outside of that and can easily adjust my schedule for house sitting. The safety and comfort of pets is always my top priority. I make sure to follow their routine, pay attention to their needs, and create a calm and secure environment for them. I treat every pet with care and respect, and I always stay attentive to make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and well taken care of.

Kseniia was amazing! Communication was excellent throughout the trip, with regular updates and photos that provided real peace of mind. My senior cat has separation anxiety and occasionally goes outside the litter box, but Kseniia handled everything perfectly, keeping the litter boxes spotless and thoughtfully placing and replacing potty pads in his usual spots. It was clear that a great deal of care and attention went into every visit. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be booking with Kseniia again for future trips!

When I met Barbara, I could tell that she really likes animals. Both of my cats sensed it too because they walked right up to her to say hello. I knew right away they'd be in good hands. Barbara showed up every day when she said she would. She followed the instructions I left to a tee. Barbara is great!

Alexandra took great care of my senior cat. She was responsive and thorough and was clear about telling me in advance about one instance when she needed to do the visit at a slightly different time than I had requested. Her notes were detailed and she got to know my cat’s routine. Would definitely book her again.
Onyekachi is amazing! She took the time to really get to know my dog and communicates frequently, which gives me so much peace of mind. My dog is a senior and will be staying alone for the first time ever, so I was naturally nervous. Thanks to Onyekachi’s thoughtful drop-in visits and attentive care, I feel confident that my dog will be safe, comfortable, and very well cared for.

Lena was great! She has visited us multiple times and has been wonderful with both of our cats. Tig can be shy and selective and he adores her. She also never skips Pumpkin’s little hallway strolls, which means a lot to us. We leave feeling at ease knowing they are in their hands. Thank you!

Lisseth is so wonderful and has taken such great care of our 3 cats! She is very responsive and gives great updates each day. The apartment and food bowls were kept so clean and her relationship with our kitties made us feel so at ease on vacation. We have booked with Lisseth multiple times and will definitely rebook!
