About: Hi there, My name is Maya. I have been pet-sitting dogs for quite some time. I absolutely love dogs and thinks it's therapeutic to hang with them so your dogs will always be in great hands when they're with me! If they love play time, I can happily do that as well. I currently work remote and am taking clients in the pet owner's home but will soon open back up to in-home stays with me! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out. I work from home so I am around all the time to take care of a dog's array of different needs, walking, playing, cuddling, etc. Your pet is always safe with me and I am more than willing to send pictures galore during their stay with me, because who doesn't love pics! If your pet needs extra care, as in has separation anxiety or isn't potty-trained, this will be an EXTRA fee.

About: Born and raised on a farm in nj with all the animals you could dream of , I have spent the last 20 here in Brooklyn. With a deep passion of walking 5 to 10 miles every day why I do it alone, I can bring your furry family member on the go with me. A small business owner and work for myself so I can create my own routine. I'm up at six and usually asleep by 1 AM. I like to walk 5 to 10 miles every day. Does your little fur baby need some a.m. attention some afternoon attention some p.m. or late night attention I'm your girl I'll walk right over. I make sure that the air conditioner or the heat is on per their needs that they have freshwater. I'm quick to alert owners if they are out of food or supplies and if they would like me to pick it up, I make sure all baby gates and stairs are properly secured if need be access to Toy bin is readily available.

About: I have had dogs my whole life (among ferrets, fish, a crab..) We have an 11 year old mini schnauzer whose favorite activity is sleeping. Our apartment is small, but that just means we can be cozy! I’m currently unemployed and pursuing grad school, so I’m available for boarding with a 1 or so notice. I have plenty of time to do walks and drop ins. I live in an apartment building in Brooklyn. It’s not a ton of space, but we have plenty of parks around us (Fort greene/Prospect) Animals are allowed on the furniture at my home. My 11 year old schnauzer is very relaxed and can keep your baby company. I do not own a crate. I will take care of your space the same way I would want mine to be taken care of.

About: Hi! I’m Noam, a devoted dog lover living in Park Slope, just a few minutes from Prospect Park. I work remotely, so your dog will receive plenty of attention, multiple walks, and lots of playtime throughout the day. I also have a friendly 3-year-old dog, George, who loves making new friends. I live with my partner (who appears in some of the photos), but I’ll be your dog’s sole caregiver throughout their stay. My goal is to make your dog at home while keeping you updated with photos and messages so you always know how they’re doing. We live in a spacious third-floor apartment in Park Slope with plenty of room for your dog to relax and play indoors. Prospect Park is just a three-minute walk away, making it the perfect place for fun walks and outdoor adventures. I am currently working remotely so I have plenty of time to take care of your dog and make sure your dog get to enjoy Prospect Park. We live in a large Park Slope apartment in the third floor, and your dog will have plenty of space to play with our dog.

About: I grew up with pets, including four cats over the years and two dogs rescued from a puppy mill. Growing up in a pet family, I learned not only the basics of pet care (playing, giving treats, changing litter, etc.) but also some of the more complicated parts, like giving pills, learning how to interact with dogs with anxiety, learning how to care for aging pets, etc. I’ve spent most of the past three years as a live-in pet-sitter, caring for many Brooklyn-based dogs and cats. I work remotely as a college professor. Since my courses are asynchronous, I have a very flexible schedule. The majority of my work consists of prepping lessons and grading students, which I can do from anywhere at any time. I often like to work from a pet owner’s home, so I can play with their pets, take them for walks, etc. when I need a screen break and/or the pet (or myself!) is getting antsy. Outside (for walks): I will follow all your instructions for your dog, and be attentive on walks to try to ensure that the dog isn’t eating anything they shouldn’t or interacting with dogs that seem aggressive. I follow each pet owner’s instructions carefully when out with their dog. For instance, one of my regular clients is a dog who LOVES walks, but has a bad leg. I follow the owners’ instructions and make sure to take lots of rests with the dog, to ensure that she’s having a good time but not overworking her leg. In your home: Trust is very important to me. I lost my Brooklyn apartment three years ago due to a squatter situation. I know firsthand how terrible it is to experience someone stealing your stuff and leaving a mess, and I never want any of my clients to feel that way. I treat every home environment with respect and try to leave it in the same condition as when I entered.
