3. Nefeli S.
About: I am gentle, playful and affectionate with pets. In June 2017 I put my dog Blaze to sleep, my companion for eleven years. Blaze was highly sensitive and aggressive, a mixed breed, German Shepherd and Labrador, at the 40 pound weight scale. To help my healing process I started walking doggies, then sitting. My background is in Film and Media Arts, Behavioral Coaching for Mental Health, Creativity Coaching and Education. I am proud of a pet/nature film I collaborated on, watch it here: https://youtu.be/SLtNaMQ8rBg. To ensure the greatest service, I board one pet at a time. A lover of nature, I will walk your pets as much as you say they need it. PS/ On occasion, I receive requests for daycare. Only when parents consent, I will help two pets in one day. I enjoy playing with animals and the physical exercise involved, being outdoors is pleasing to me. I may sometimes run with them but mostly walk. I find it meaningful to be an animal caregiver and will take good care of your pet. Preferably, one pet a time, is what makes sense to me; it ensures greatest care. During a transition where one pet arrives, another departs, I communicate with the pet parents in advance. Patience and gentleness are my strengths and a genuine interest to help a soul out. Aside pets and play, I administrate medicine, exercise and simply be of company.

“Bridget is just wonderful! So sweet and loving with my anxious rescue pup. On the second day, she just walked right up to her apartment, ready to have a fun day! Extra appreciative of the walks in prospect park and clear communication with me throughout the day. Thank you!!”
5. Emily E.
“Emily did a great job of taking care of our doggie. It was a rainy few days and she still took her out, put on her rain coat, and kept her entertained. Emily also shared pics throughout the day and kept us informed. Our pup was happy and we will definitely call on Emily to dogsit her in the future.”

9. Fang H.
“My little dog and I are so happy to meet Fang! My dog was with her for daycare and she took such loving care of her. She quickly picked up on her quirks and personality and managed dog play and interactions skillfully. She’s knowledgeable about dog behavior and her passion for dogs shows through! The updates were super cute and delightful, too. I look forward to leaning on her in the future!”
10. Nathan & Nicholle L.
About: * we recently moved and now have a backyard! Hello! I have been a dog owner and lover my entire life. My partner, Nicholle, and I currently have one pup, our lovely Winnie. We have been fostering dogs for 4.5 years, Winnie being our first (we couldn’t say bye!). Dozens of dogs have stayed with us on their way from hard times to loving homes. We're very experienced with watching pups of all shapes, sizes and temperaments. We love the opportunity to spend time with new dogs and to make owners feel secure that their pets are happy and safe. Please ask to see our instagram for lots of puppy content! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and your dog will always have company! I can take them out as often as needed, and easily incorporate them into our routine. Your dog will have their choice of many, many dog beds that are strewn around our home. If they're allowed, we have many treats as well :) we're dog cuddlers, and if your dog is, they'll get all the attention they need. If not, that's okay too! They can retreat to one of the beds.
11. Marissa K.
“Marissa is kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Even though our pup Sonny has been experiencing a bit of separation anxiety lately, she took real good care of him and made him feel comfortable. She also took him to his favorite place Prospect Park and kept us updated with photos. Thanks Marissa!”
12. Rebecca M.
“Rebecca did an incredible job making my dog Fern feel comfortable in her home. As a 4 lb chihuahua Fern can be nervous when meeting new people but Rebecca gave her the space she needed to settle in. Rebecca was very communicative and made sure that all my questions were answered before our session. When I left them for the day I knew Fern was in good hands.”
13. Andrew & Ellen K.

14. Rosemary & Adrian D.
“We really enjoyed having Adrian and Rose watch Shea. They were really flexible with pick up/drop off which was much appreciated since we were doing a long day trip. They sent a bunch of pictures and it seemed like Shea was really enjoying her time. Will book again soon!!”
15. Nick & Ritika P.
“Nick has looked after my dog cooper multiple times! I would go as far as to say that nick may actually give more attentive care to cooper than I do! He walked cooper multiple times a day and gave him plenty of water and food. Whenever cooper walks by nicks door, he now tries to enter! I suppose cooper has shown his true preference!”
16. Jacqueline S.
“Jacqueline was absolutely fantastic. She face frequent updates with photos and was unbelievably flexible and understanding when my evening commitment ran over and made me pretty late in picking up my dog. When I finally did get to pick her up, my dog was happy and I could tell she was cared for and loved. I’ll be booking Jacqueline as my go-to from here on out!”
17. Lily H.
“Lily is absolutely wonderful! My sweet (and anxious) puppy, Lewis, and I recently relocated to Brooklyn from DC, and she’s been such a delight with him. She has been patient and caring while he’s been adjusting to a new city. He immediately ran to her when they first met. And he gets so happy to see her! I highly recommend Lily - she’s the best. She is reliable and responsive! Thank you Lily for everything!!”

20. Juliana D.
“Juliana was so flexible and responsive when we needed a sitter last minute. She also spent a lot of time taking our dog out for walks and playing, which then meant she was tired when we got home. I’d definitely recommend Juliana to anyone needing dog care in the area!”
