About: I think there's nothing better than being in the company of a dog. I've watched my dad and stepmom's dogs whenever I visited them and they were at work. More recently, I watch my friend's dog any time she's out of town. If you need your dog to be checked on, walked, or cared for overnight, I'll make sure it gets all the love it needs. Currently working remotely most days, so I'm able to stay home during the week to watch any dogs staying overnight. Availability for walks may be more limited. Fair warning, my apartment has a very comfy couch that your dog may fall in love with. Not a very big apartment, but if your dog needs to go for a walk, our neighborhood has plenty of streets for it to explore. My apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Herbert Von King Park.

About: I have grown up around animals my whole life. From owning 4 guinea pigs, 2 fish, and 2 dogs there is little I have not seen. I throughly enjoy being around any animal and gathering an understanding of their personalities and needs. Pets make the world an easier place to be in. Thats why I not only enjoy time with the pets I grew up with but also making space to volunteer. In the past, I volunteered at the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, the largest pet sanctuary in the US, where I was responsible for feeding and walking cats and dogs. I work 2 days in office a week - Tuesday and Wednesday. Apart from those days my schedule is extremely flexible and I am willing to accommodate my time for what works best with you and your animals schedules 🫶🏼 I live in a very spacious apartment with a large dog park nearby. This means your pet with have access to socialization and a safe space at all times. I also have 3 roommates who also care deeply for animals so know your pet will always come home well loved!

About: Separation anxiety can make leaving your baby heartbreaking every time. It takes time and training for a dog to overcome their anxiety -- and in the meantime, you can leave yours with me when you need to be out! I have a private, fully fenced in backyard perfect for fetching or just running around without the worry of other pets. You'll get pictures and updates throughout (if you'd like!) and I'm happy to administer any special food and medication as needed. I know what it's like to not be able to leave home without worrying -- I'm an experienced rescue pit bull mama whose baby passed last year. I have successfully house trained and leash trained my last two dogs, and am comfortable continuing whatever training you're working on at home when yours is with me. Happy to talk through your pet's needs, do a meet and greet, and make sure we're a good fit before confirming. PS -- Pitties & bullies have a special place in my heart :) I have full schedule flexibility, with only slight variation week to week. Let me know what you need and we can work something out regularly if need be! I have a big, private, fully fenced in backyard. No dogs in the adjacent yard. If your dogs needs space to run around, or doesn't play well with others, they will love the freedom they have here! Outdoor dog bed, bowls, and toys included. Inside is hardwood floors only, and I have a large crate if needed and dog beds abound. Sunny spots on the floor for those solar charged naps.
