About: I was raised with cats, large dogs, small dogs and have my own dog whom I've been with for ten years. My other dog I had at the same time passed last year so I have experience with looking after multiple dogs. I work from home and take care of my dog around the clock. One of my rescue dogs had severe separation anxiety so he was never left alone in the apartment by himself so I'm acutely aware of that type of thing. My dog Kirk is super chill and I've never ever had to deal with her getting into fights or even being remotely hostile. Kirk is not food or toy aggressive and I would require that your pet isn't either to ensure safety for everyone in the household. I take Kirk on two to three long walks every day unless there's torrential downpours and play with her when I can throughout the day. If it is raining I have roof access and a grass patch for my dogs to relieve themselves. The roof is 100% enclosed by a four foot high wall and very safe. I also take them on a quick bathroom break late at night to ensure they can make it till morning. If your dog is well balanced I would take them to the dog run at Herbert Von King Park if that's something you're interested in. My place gets great sunlight all day long so there's plenty of opportunities for your fur pal to lounge in the sun and get sleep in wherever they like.

About: I think there's nothing better than being in the company of a dog. I've watched my dad and stepmom's dogs whenever I visited them and they were at work. More recently, I watch my friend's dog any time she's out of town. If you need your dog to be checked on, walked, or cared for overnight, I'll make sure it gets all the love it needs. Currently working remotely most days, so I'm able to stay home during the week to watch any dogs staying overnight. Availability for walks may be more limited. Fair warning, my apartment has a very comfy couch that your dog may fall in love with. Not a very big apartment, but if your dog needs to go for a walk, our neighborhood has plenty of streets for it to explore. My apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Herbert Von King Park.

About: I have been taking care of cats and dogs my whole life. I house sat a lot for friends and family upstate in my early 20s, and have watched over friends pets since. I currently have a very fat cat and love spending time with any and all pets. I work full time in manhattan so mostly nights and weekends are my availability. I wfh one day a week so Mondays I may have a little more freedom! I make sure I feed my boy on a good schedule, grooming consistently and giving him treats when he’s been good. About: Though I don't have a dog of my own, I have come in contact with a few furry legs in my lifetime (and walked/cared for them).I love moving and being active when possible. I have the perfect energy for our furry friends. I also love cats and have a ton more experience with cats as my family has multiple cats. I am available to pop in for check ins and am willing to stay a bit longer as I get to know your pets. I look forward to working with all of you and hope you consider letting me hang out with your fur babies. I am able to board cats if they are comfortable with other cats as I do have one orange (but tame) cat. For dogs I am able to do drop in visits, dog walks and extra playtime hours. My cat at home is extremely calm and cuddly. He loves people and gets along well with other cats. I keep his nails cut short to prevent injury and clean his litter box as often as possible. He is a very simple cat and will only eat one type of food, but he loves his water which is great for his hydration!
