About: My family had a black lab growing up. Ever since, allergies in the household have stopped me from having my own pets, but not from caring for others- including for multiple pets on long overnight trips away. I’m currently self-employed, so my schedule fits around yours! As a videographer, I sometimes have in-person shoots, but my editing time is very flexible. I’m experienced with a variety of safety features, including pet gates, crates, leashes, and more. I am also experienced with home alarms and camera systems. I have also cared for a cat that was allowed to roam freely in the neighborhood during the day with a GPS.

About: I grew up caring for six dogs and three cats, handling these animals’ needs from the puppy stage to their senior years. I’m now the proud mother of a beautiful little cat named Martini! I am well experienced with making sure pets’ needs—physical or emotional—are met, regardless of their age, temperament, or health needs. I would love to meet your pet(s)!!! I am a writer and performer, so I have a very flexible schedule and I can accommodate you and your pet’s timing needs easily. Whatever support needs your pet has, I am up to the task for meeting + exceeding them! I know what it’s like to leave your fur baby in the hands of a pet sitter, so my primary goal is making sure you & your pet are as happy as possible.
“Carlos took excellent care of our pup. He was kind, prompt and very communicative. He clearly took great care of our dog as he was always in a good mood when I got back from work. Would highly recommend and work with him again!”

“George/Adrian (he goes by Adrian) came by today for a first trial walk during which I explain in detail how to walk my dog Tala. He was on time, very attentive and handled Tala very well for a first meeting! Looking forward to seeing him next time and having him walk Tala in the future!”

About: I'm an animal lover who grew up with pets of all species and sizes (mice, ducks, snakes, Corgis, German Shepherds, and more!). I currently have two cats and I love to get as much face time as I can with dogs as well. I'm comfortable with the clingiest of cats and the shyest of puppies, and I make sure to give equal attention and patience to every animal I encounter. I was recently laid off from Big Tech (like many of us) and I'm looking to spend my downtime meeting more furry friends in the neighborhood! I'm very flexible at the moment and am happy to accommodate any scheduling requests : ) I aim to keep pets as comfortable as possible, since spending time away from their owners can be stressful. As a house sitter I make sure to maintain a safe and stable environment, and keep pets as close to their normal routine as can be.
“Excellent dependable dog walker. He also takes the time to do things like figure out when is best to do off leash at the park and play with other dogs and watches behavior and reports. He is our go to. Very happy with Noah!”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a beloved family dog for 14 years, and caring for her taught me responsibility, patience, and how deeply animals enrich our lives. I’ve been walking and looking after dogs since childhood, and that love has only grown over the years. Now, as a mother‑and‑daughter team, we enjoy caring for dogs together. Over the years, we’ve watched our friends’ and neighbors’ dogs while they were away, giving us experience with different breeds, personalities, and routines. We love spending quality time with every dog we meet, walks through the park, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable during their stay. Our goal is to treat every dog like family and give them the same affection and attention we give our own. I work from home on Fridays and off on weekends. I prefer to give dogs my full attention, so our availability begins Friday through Sunday and national holidays. This allows us to focus completely on providing plenty of attention, walks, and companionship throughout the weekend. During school breaks, we offer weekday availability as well since I work from home. Your dogs are never left alone and receive consistent, loving care throughout the day. We live in a cozy, pet‑friendly apartment with plenty of space for dogs to play, relax, and feel at home. While we don’t have a backyard, we make up for it with regular walks and park time, giving dogs lots of fresh air, exercise, and enrichment throughout the day. Dogs are welcome on our couch and bed if they enjoy extra comfort and we love making them feel like part of the family. On Saturdays evenigs, there may be times when I need to take a short subway ride within Brooklyn to drop off or pick up my child from her activities. Dogs travel safely in a secure carrier during these brief trips. Because of this, we ask that owners are comfortable with their dog riding the subway in a carrier. We provide care for small to medium dogs up to 25 lbs, which allows us to give each dog the attention, supervision, and gentle handling they deserve.
“Razan is awesome! Her communication is great and Blondie absolutely loves her. My dog is a bit anxious and she has been very patient and understanding which I truly appreciate it.”

“We have been so lucky to have Franceska help us take care of our dog Teddy. He is VERY particular about which people he trusts and he loved her the moment he met her! Franceska is kind, caring, and always so loving to our boy. We were anxious about having someone come to our home to get him while we were out but Franceska’s responsiveness and ability to connect with Teddy put us at ease.”

About: I moved to NYC and am loving the BK life, however it is not the right time to bring a pet into my life full-time. I would love to help out by walking, boarding, or just checking in. Anything to give some belly rubs and play with toys with a loveable fur-baby. I am relatively active and would be so delighted to bring along on walks and around the dog park. I will do my best to be flexible to your needs for drop off/pick ups for boarding. If what you want is someone that will give your fur baby all the love and attention they need, i’m your person! my schedule is very flexible, so i can accommodate mid-day drop-in requests and provide continual care throughout the day for any boarding or day care requests. i’ve got a cozy dog bed that stays around the living room for the puppies that cole stay with me. i’m on the 4th floor, so escape artists would have a hard time doing so. my home is always tidy and organized, so there won’t be things for them to get into.
“Rachel was super sweet with Juni! She took her to the park on every walk and played extensively with her. Juni loves her. Happy to continue to work with her 🩷 she sent me videos and photos and updates on every walk.”

About: I have been around dogs my entire life! Small dogs, little dogs, big dogs, huge dogs. Me and my dogs go way back. I have personal experiencing owning a highly reactive dog in NYC, and have lots of friends that have I have dog sat for back on the west coast. I am currently working remote and have a ton of flexibility with my days. Dog care to me means as much exercise, play, and brain activity as the dog wants. Walking, enrichment activities, and parks are all part of that! I’m highly respectful of the needs/wants of both the pet and the owner. There’s no single right way to do it and I am adaptable to switch up any routine based on the situation!
About: I am drawn by animals and they are to me too. I’ve sitted cats and dogs for friends and for strangers. And my family also had dogs. I am now a happy dog daddy for 6 years and he chose me over my partner! Lol I am currently available to walk and sit on demand. My schedule is flexible for now as I am looking for more work opportunities and interviews. I have a fenced yard in my apartment where I let my dog out for a bit of nature. We usually prefer the parks around us.

Em is lovely and wonderful with Fernanda! During our meet and greet she was patient and attentive with my many instructions and tips for walking my large and anxious pup, and I noticed Fernanda seemed to take to her faster than she normally does with new people. Em was prompt and communicative about her first walk with Fernanda and took some very sweet pictures. I would definitely recommend Em!
