About: I love dogs more than most people! Raised a dog for 16 years so I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else (even if it’s just for a walk!). I’m responsible, communicative and punctual. I know my profile is new but your dog is in safe hands, you won’t have to worry. I work fully remote and have a flexible schedule during the day so I am able to attend to your dogs needs quickly! Limited availability on weekends but you can always check my schedule. About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I took care of my family dog for 15 years, with the last several of those years requiring special care due to his declining health. I have also become the primary sitter for my friend's pets, varying from dogs to cats, which I have sat for frequently over the last 6 years. I am currently working part-time, so I have quite a bit of availability to take your fur babies out for walks, drop-in's, or to pet sit. My mornings and early afternoons are when I have the most flexibility with my schedule and would love the excuse to get outside and give your pups some exercise! I live in an elevator building, so when I care for dogs in my home, I ensure frequent trips outside to go potty and get exercise. Depending on the temperament of the dog, I will determine if taking the stairs or elevator makes the most sense for their comfort level. If I am watching a dog with high separation anxiety, I tend to play soothing white noise to help with any sounds that come from my neighbors or the hallway. With any of the pets I watch, I always make a point to take photos so I can share with their owner while they are away so they can stay connected to their pet. I am unable to watch cat's in my home due to allergies but I am more than happy to drop in to spend time with cats in your home and give them company.

About: I've been taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember. We always had at least 2 dogs in the house growing up, and my childhood dachshund Lily (15 years old!) is still my rock. Not to brag but I taught all of my dogs how to sit and shake. I work fully from home, and my girlfriend is a nurse practitioner who works from home part time. We have lots of time to care for and love on your pets!! I work from home full time. My girlfriend works from home three days out of the week. We are homebodies, so we have lots of time to give to the kind people of Rover. We live in an apartment and we have no pets. We will take dogs out for walks at least every couple of hours, and if it seems like they need more time outside we can do that. We're cool with dogs on the couch. They just won't be allowed in our bedroom.
