I have 25+ years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and personalities - including very senior pets, puppies, kittens, rescues, and animals that need extra patience or care. I’m comfortable giving and applying pet medications, following special feeding routines, cleaning litter boxes and accident mats, and walks long or short. (I spent the last year caring for a 16 year old westie terrier and a 19 year old tabby cat, so I have a lot of patience for special pet needs!) About: I've spent my whole life around dogs. I can handle myself around the bigger dogs that tend to scare people and despite being new to Rover, I have prior experience caring for dogs of all sizes. I care about the pets I take care of, and as such I treat all animals I care for as if they were my own. I understand things do happen last minute however for safety reasons it is best to do a meet and greet before I take on any new clients, I would prefer not to intrude on an animal's space without them at least being familiar with my presence and I am not comfortable with needlessly causing them any stress. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. I have over over 5 years of professional dog handling experience from working at a local doggy daycare and as a dogwalker with a small company. There, I've familiarized myself with the visual cues of canine body language to ensure that safety is my top priority for the pack. I know some dogs have bad days like the rest of us, that's why I like to think they would be in good hands. I also have about 3 years of professional dog walking experience with another company (The Dogwalking Network) in the Park Slope area where I walked about 10-15 dogs a day of various sizes (and never more than 4 dogs for groups, based on temperaments of each individual dog) I am currently a part time student at City Tech looking for some part time fun with your fur babies! Rain or shine, I'm available in the general Fort Greene area. Lots of play, treats and unconditional love! If there is anything that I need to know, please do not hesitate to inform me. I have personal experience with administrating oral medications and will be extra mindful of any allergies or conditions your fur baby has. Please inform me ahead of time if there is any additional information that I need to know in regard to any tips or tricks for getting access to your pups and kitties such as tricky locks, doors, entry codes, etc so I may plan ahead for your convenience.

Every day, I make sure my cat has fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and plenty of attention and playtime. Since she has kidney disease, I also administer her medication and closely monitor her eating habits, hydration, and overall health. Throughout the week, I keep up with grooming, cleaning her living space, and ensuring she stays comfortable and happy. Caring for my cat, along with my experience as an ASPCA intern, has strengthened my passion for animal care and taught me responsibility, consistency, and the importance of recognizing changes in an animal's health. I have no furry friends at the moment and I happen to live by a spacious park and can give them all the love needed. And I am close to a community clinic as well .
