Dog Walking Park Slope

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 9 and although I don’t currently have a dog my roommate does so I have gotten continuous experience caring for him. My old dog was very anxious so I have experience caring for easily stressed dogs. I am currently working full time in person so will unfortunately only be available for continuous sitting on the weekends as I wouldn’t want to leave the dog alone for the whole day while I’m at work. I will follow whatever instructions you have for me exactly. Beyond that, I love playing with and interacting with dogs so I will be sure to keep them entertained for the duration of the stay!

About: I have taken care of dogs, bunnies and cats. Not afraid of bigger dogs either. Walked several dogs on rover with awesome feedback. I’m quiet, respectful and friendly. Mostly available in the morning til 1pm on weekdays. Locations nearby F train subway stops are the best (Fort Hamilton parkway, 15 st, 7 st, 4ave & 9st, smith st, Carroll gardens, Bergen st). May also be available on other days and times depending on the schedule. I’m originally from Taiwan, studied in the Midwest (Michigan), worked in LA, and moved to Brooklyn with my partner. I’m a freelancer (UX design) and want to meet some furry friends and get to know the neighborhood. How I meet/ interact with furry friends: say hello, meet their eyes, palms up, show no signs of aggression, approach slowly and give a scratch if they look comfortable. I use a firm voice and gesture to calm them down when needed, too. Feel free to leave more instructions.

About: Hey there! I’m a responsible college student with wide-open days this summer, so I have plenty of time to spoil your pet with constant love — whether that’s pets and cuddles, a long walk, or just hanging out near them! I have tons of experience caring for both dogs and cats, since my family had a successful Rover account for many years (attached are some pictures of me dog sitting, much younger, just as enthusiastic.) We also had our own beloved chiweenie, Bella, so I know how much it matters to leave your pet with someone who’ll treat them like family. I’m playful, affectionate, and organized, as well as attentive to the unique personalities of pets and their comfort levels with specific tasks. I’ll make sure you know your pet is happy and safe while you’re away, so expect updates and lots of photos! For any multi-day sits, I’d also love to set up a meet-and-greet first — feel free to reach out and we can find a time. Excited to meet your pet! I can accept dates up until September 12th, when I’ll have to head back to college. I’ve got very open days this summer, so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your pets. My schedule is quite flexible; reach out if there’s anything you’d like to fit into my calendar and I can try to make it work. I live in South Park Slope, right near a dog run, and in a house with three floors and a backyard where your dog can play. I’m also just three blocks from Prospect Park and am happy to go on long rambles there!
