Doggy Day Care In Greenwood

About: I grew up with dogs in Ohio, until 18 when I moved to NYC, in 2004. I adopted my last dog Buckley in 2010. Since then, I have become sort of an uncle for my friends dogs. I have been caring for 3 dogs in my friend circle, at the same time or solo for 5 years. I’m also a classically trained singer, and the dogs seem to find peace in singing. I was a full time caregiver and helped adopt and raise 3 dogs with that family over 10 years. My roommate has 1 small dog, that I take care of when needed. I take care of a 2 year old female dog most days of the week, mostly to keep her company as her mom works. Dogs are allowed to run around and play freely. I tend to be consistent with picking things off the floor which may be dangerous. I keep my attention on them at all times. My goal is to make them comfortable.

About: Hi! I’m a work-from-home animal lover who has plenty of time, attention (and a backyard) for your pet while you’re out of town 😊 While this is my first time on Rover, I grew up with cats, dogs, and birds, and have helped roommates and friends out with their pets while they go out of town for years. I'm living alone for the first time and missing my furry and feathered friends. Because I’m home most of the day, your pet will get lots of supervision, playtime, and companionship, not just quick check-ins. I’m very communicative, so you can expect regular updates, photos, and peace of mind while you’re away. I hope to meet your pet soon. Feel free to reach out with any questions :)) I WFH so your pet will have someone around all day. I am able to do morning, afternoon, and night time walks, and have an enclosed backyard to play in if your pet needs some chill outside time off leash (it’s a Brooklyn rarity but somehow I managed to find one!) I only offer boarding. Generally I expect owners to bring their own supplies to be kept at my house for the duration of your pets stay. I have plenty of space and a backyard to play in. No one else lives with me, so you can rest assured your pet won’t be around a bunch of random people. If you are boarding for an extended stay I'll ask a few questions (how do we feel about dog parks, how is reactivity, any favorite parks or walks in the area we should hit, etc).

Linyan went above and beyond to make sure pebbles was well taken care of and sent PLENTY of pictures and videos. She was phenomenal and I didn’t have to worry about pebbles comfort ability or safety once throughout the day. she also knows that pebble is a high energy dog and walked her the appropriate amount of time even in this cold out of control!!!.”
