I spent 4 years running a successful dog-watching business in NYC with my partner before relocating to Northern NJ for a time. We have since moved back to Brooklyn and intend to provide the same high quality services as before. I grew up with animals - dogs, rabbits, birds, mice, turtles and fish. I would’ve had cats too if members of my family weren’t so allergic! I have experience with dogs across the spectrum of sizes, energy levels and ages - and I have loved them all! I live in Downtown Brooklyn and my building has a rooftop where your dog can enjoy fresh air and sunshine off-leash. It also has a dedicated pet spa, should your dog need bathing. I often walk the dogs in my care to Fort Greene park which has areas for both on and off-leash exercise. I am also close to the many dog parks in Brooklyn Heights. I will closely follow any instructions you have for feeding, exercising, sleeping and socializing your precious pet.

Karin has been puppy sitting for us since we got Wally 7 months ago. We got Wally at 9 weeks old and Karin started watching him at 10 weeks. Karin came to watch Wally from 9-5 three days a week. Karin was so amazing, she was critical in Wally’s potty training, was flexible with our varying work from home or office days and gave Wally so much love. We are so grateful to have had Karin! We don’t know what we would have done without her!!

Karin was great. She was punctual and dependable. It was her first time walking my dog, Onyx. She was kind and sensitive his needs. He was willing to walk with her even when it was raining. I hope to use Karin's services again.
Karin was a super sitter for our mini schnauzer, Colby. She kept us updated with photos and reports. Karin reassured us that Colby was eating well and had a good relationship with her dog, Roxie. She followed all our requests for Colby’s care and communicated any concerns she had. We would definitely use Karin again to watch Colby.
Karin is a loving pet parent to her lovely beagle mix girl. Her dog is sweet , happy and well adjusted. They go many great places for exercise and enjoyment. I have also had Karin stop by and visit me with 2 beautiful dogs she cared for for a week or two. She is a gentle, fun and observant safe caregiver for animals. Sharon

I work part-time from home and set my own schedule so I am able to dedicate the appropriate time and attention to your pet easily.

I will treat your pet like part of my family if they stay with me. I have a very calming presence that animals seem to react really well too. I am happy to watch your pet at your place if that works best. I provide an engaging, safe environment no matter the location.

We can explore the parks by my house, play with the tons of dog toys I have and work on training any new skills you desire your pet to have.
