Kseniia was great with taking care of my senior cat. She always made sure to keep me in the loop of how he was doing. Being a senior cat, sometimes his eating and drinking habits can be a little particular, but Kseniia made sure to follow the routine and I knew my cat was in good hands. Just to show how much she cared- while I was away, she messaged me to let me know that the weather would be hot and that she wanted to make sure my cat would be comfortable. Luckily I was able to turn on my AC remotely, and Kseniia was caring enough to turn on a fan during the next visit. She then kept me informed throughout the week on the comfort level of the apartment. I will definitely be booking her services again.
Kseniia was amazing! Communication was excellent throughout the trip, with regular updates and photos that provided real peace of mind. My senior cat has separation anxiety and occasionally goes outside the litter box, but Kseniia handled everything perfectly, keeping the litter boxes spotless and thoughtfully placing and replacing potty pads in his usual spots. It was clear that a great deal of care and attention went into every visit. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be booking with Kseniia again for future trips!
