Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. Anytime I travel in the future, I will be hoping Jane is available to take care of Lord Ginsberg again. She has my highest recommendation.”

I didn't know how my dog would react when I was away being that she suffers from anxiety separation. Ziwei made me feel comfortable and my dog too. She kept me informed from day one. Joseph was absolutely wonderful with Eden during her boarding stay. He was flexible, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much he included Eden in his daily life—he took her along on outings and made sure she was getting plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. He also sent lots of photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear from the pictures that Eden was having a great time and was very comfortable with him. Eden genuinely seemed to love spending time with Joseph, which says a lot. She came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I would not hesitate to book with Joseph again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive sitter.
Ruth took great care of my little Milo! This was my first time using Rover and Ruth made me feel comfortable and at ease leaving him for 4 days. I really appreciated the daily updates and photos. Milo can be a bit anxious with new people but he seemed to be comfortable in Ruth’s care!
Elvira was amazing to work with. She has a very calm presence and was very accommodating with my schedule and my dog’s daily needs. She kept in touch daily and I could tell from the photos that my dog had an amazing time at prospect park each day. When I got back from my one week trip, my dog seemed healthy and happy instead of stressed out. I will definitely use Elvira again.
Dex just had his first stay with Diane and she was great with him. I loved how easy it was to accommodate my last minute booking (due to my last minute trip). First we had a FT where Diane asked questions and I gave a quick rundown about my pup, how he is, what he likes, his feeding schedule etc. The day I dropped him off and he seemed to like her right the way. He also seemed pretty happy on all photos she sent me (updates I was receiving once or twice per day). :) Pickup went seamlessly as well. Thank you!

Meg was wonderful and took excellent care of our (sometimes grumpy!) dog, Bruno. She has extensive experience with animals of all temperaments, was consistently responsive to messages, and proactively sent daily updates. While we were away, we had abundant peace of mind that Bruno was doing well and in caring hands. Most tellingly, when Meg dropped him off, Bruno was more interested in sniffing her and her car rather than saying hi to us, which to us epitomizes how great of a time he had in Meg’s care. She was very accommodating, generally as well as with drop off / pick-up, understanding of Bruno’s odd tendencies, and happy to indulge his absolute obsession with fetch. We will certainly be reaching out again in the future when we next need someone to look after our pup.
