About: Hi there! As a dog caretaker, I am warm, patient, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented. No amount of information is too much information—please share whatever will help you and your furry baby feel cared for. I began my journey by taking care of a friend’s husky mix puppy two years ago and have been dog-sitting ever since! The feedback I often receive is that even the most hyper active dogs become calmer in my presence overtime. My schedule is fairly flexible because I am in the arts! I can work with your busy schedule and coordinate a time that works best for you both. In your home, I like to replicate the dog’s usual routine. I am very vigilant and like to keep with up with their pace. I am willing to work with you to support any of your friend’s special needs, nuances or quirks.
“Doris was absolutely amazing with our two dogs, one being disabled and using a wheelchair. Our dogs loved her. She went above and beyond and even provided extra help when one of our dogs had an accident on her bed. Extremely communicative and quick to respond. She sent update photos consistently throughout the service. I will definitely being booking her again and would highly recommend her to others.”

About: As soon as I moved out my Mothers house (my mom was allegedly allergic to all animals) the first thing I got before getting my first couch was a cat. I’ve always been a cat lover, they bring me so much joy and peace and would love to be able to take care of your little ones when you need someone to make sure they’re being looked after. I currently have a 1 year old named Yumi 🐈⬛ and a 1 month old kitten named Rami 🖤 🐈 They’re both super sweet. Yumi is usually very closed off in the beginning which is why I separate the cats initially and then slowly initiate an introduction with your fur babies to create a more peaceful atmosphere for everybody. I’ll be working part time. So I am free virtually all weekend. Plus late afternoon/evenings on weekdays! But I’m flexible, just reach out and let me know we can work something out. I live in a nice sized one bedroom apartment where there’s enough room for everyone to play. I have an elevator in my building so it’s very accessible for everybody.

“Pamela was so caring and detailed oriented. Went above and beyond with our pooch, and had so much patience with the ongoing communication and flexibility of timing. So reliable; We appreciate her very much 🧡”

“Dionne is a great dog walker. She walks and feeds Evie three times a week and our pup is always very excited to see her! Highly recommend Dionne for doggie care!”

“My Bonny took to her right away, and my anxious girl can sometimes be selective. Avary did so well with my velcro dog (doesn't like to leave mama) and took her on a great walk! Will def be booking again!”

“10/10 Ciara was awesome walking Zion when I went on vacation for 10 days. She walked him twice a day for an hour each time rain or shine, and was always on time. She also took pictures and left a great summary each time. I highly recommend Ciara and am looking forward to hiring her again!”

About: I have experience caring for my 10 year old german shepherd lab, who has a sensitive tummy. I've had him since he was 2 months old, so I am familiar with every stage of doghood! He's also a barker, so I know how to respond to lots of energy. I am currently pursuing pet-care as a full time gig, so I am generally available! I can take on animals that need more consistent care. Though I cannot bring pets home (my kitty isn't fond of new animal faces), I am prepared to take care of your baby however they need me! I am great at following feeding schedules and specific instructions of needed.
“Yahnzy is PHENOMENAL. Not only is she such a kind, understanding, and accommodating human in general, she is a dog/animal caretaker of the highest standards. She is extremely experienced, patient, and listens to any and all guidance, history, and preferences of specific animals. I've been really struggling to care for my rescue dog who's demonstrating increased reactivity and aggression. Yahnzy went above and beyond from our first meet and greet onwards, taking extensive time to hear my concerns, training instructions, and walking guidance for my dog. She has since become a regular walker for my dog as well as a cherished part of my weeks! I love her updates, photos, and care for my dog--she is so empathetic to both of us and her perceptiveness in animal care has bettered my own care for my dog. Thank you, Yahnzy!”

“Angie was on time and ran my very active 5 month old and 4 year old Brittany spaniels. The dogs came home tired and very happy. My husband was very please too that the dogs seemed comfortable with Angie.”

“As a first time user of rover I was a little worried at first not knowing what to expect from the service. However, Brittany blew away all of my expectations! She did an outstanding job walking my dog while I was out of town for a funeral and quite last minute as well! I cannot say enough about how great the experience was. I highly recommend her and she will be my go-to from now on!!!”

“Kseniia is so sweet, kind, communicative and very loving to my dog. My dog is a strong pittie but Kseniia knows how to handle her very very well thankfully! I feel at peace when my dog is with her because I know Kseniia will check in with photos, videos and text if needed!”

“Ella took such good care of my boy during walks/check-ins. She was very communicative and has so many cute picture updates! Highly recommend and I know Benny can’t wait to see her again 🩷”

About: Hi there! Here's a quick intro to my skillset: • 11+ years dog sitting, walking, & boarding • Personal & professional experience with caring for dogs of every age, including puppies and seniors • Ability to administer oral, topical, & injectable medications • Familiarity with crate, leash & potty training methods • Knowledge of basic grooming, including poodles/double-coats I hope to see your pup soon! As a student training for a fall passage along El Camino, I like to get outside and explore as much as possible! I'm an avid birder and particularly love trail hikes, though I make sure to leave the binos at home when there's furry company. As an early bird/night owl (and on summer vacation!) my schedule is flexible and can readily be adjusted to accommodate last-minute requests. I hope to meet you soon! I was born into a home with a beagle, 25 pounds of guile and cunning. Two decades past, hounds have trained me well. All doors will be closed, gates latched, bags kept out of reach. Raisins? Never heard of them.
“Kadeisha is a lifesaver! We needed help last minute with our babies and usually have them in boarding, but never again - Kadeisha is our go-to from now on. She not only braved extreme cold weather without complaint, but our dogs loved her immediately. Our dogs are skittish of humans because of their past, but they felt comfortable with her right away. AND the pictures she takes are another level - our dogs look like models! 🤣 We can't wait to use her for boarding and daycare going forward.”

Mapleton-Flatlands dog parents share their Rover experiences
Aurora watched my dog and made me feel exceptionally comfortable. She came before hand for a meet and greet and showed up exactly on time. She was prompt walking Lily and always sent updates and pics! Much appreciated her good communication skills, punctuality and her full reliability.
We will absolutely be reaching out to Emily next time we need a sitter/walker. She was very understanding of our anxious/reactive dog’s needs and our velcro dog’s desire for extra special attention. She was on time and communicative and took so much stress off a big day!

Layla came every evening for 10 nights to take our pup out for walks while I recovered from surgery. She was punctual, reliable and friendly with our reluctant, nervous dog. She got Rosie to look forward to seeing her and was so patient and sweet with Rosie. We’d absolutely book Layla again, Rosie will look forward to seeing her friend! Highly recommend
