I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, have dog-sat for friends and family (from puppies to 100 lb lab), and love taking them for walks and making sure they get the care they deserve. I work remotely in children’s books, my schedule is typically flexible, and I can work from different locations in NYC. Reliable, respectful (of people, animals, and their homes), kind, communicative.

I live in a beautiful, pet-friendly, new building in Crown Heights right next to Prospect Park. I’m patient, attentive, and caring. Happy to send owners update photos of the doggos I care for. I keep an eye out for anything the dog might try to eat on the street, avoid sharp objects, will cross the street if high energy dog approaching. Will make sure water dish is full before I leave.

Jenna is a fantastic dog sitter! She pays special attention to instructions to be sure all pets have exactly what they need. We have two dogs, so she has experience with multi-dog households, and working with reactive dogs, as one of our dogs is reactive to other dogs while on walks. Both dogs are medium sized, so she took them on long walks to help them get the exercise they need. She is incredibly thoughtful sending both photos and text updates throughout our time away. She stayed in our home and was incredibly considerate while in our space. Jenna is so passionate about animals, and treats everyone (dog and human) with kindness and respect. My dogs adored their few days with Jenna and hope she will be back again soon! I would highly recommend having her as your next dog sitter.

Schedule
I work remotely full time, so my schedule is typically flexible on week days. I can work remotely from your home, and am happy to take breaks throughout the day for walks. Weekends I’m typically available 1 PM onwards unless I’m on-site housesitting.
