This is the second time we have used Shay's services within the past year; and like the first time, she did not disappoint. Prompt, informative, courteous and most importantly loving to our 2 shihtzus. They in turn respond well to her. Max is temperamental and prone to the occasional nip. But max loves Shay, permitting her to rub his belly (a great sign of trust) Fluffy is always in need of human contact and he got that by sitting next to or on Shay 😆 Shay kept us informed about her arrivals, walks, and feedings. Sending pictures and videos. My girlfriend wanted no one else to take care of our pups while we were away. About: Hi, I'm Luiza! I've had dogs, cats, rabbits, and hamsters since I was a little kid--we've always had multiple pets at home. I personally owned 2 dogs and 3 cats. Our current resident cat, Miri, is a senior female (almost 20y/o) requiring daily pills and weekly b12 shots, so I have experience medicating cats. (I was even trained in giving IV drips by our vet). I am also a dog foster mom with the New York ACC--I foster dogs for the Brooklyn location. Our latest foster, Stacey, was an 11-month pit bull mix pup and stayed with us for several months. I work from home, based in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. I'm flexible and we can work out a schedule as long as you contact me in advance. Daily medicating our cat. Walking our dog 4 times a day. I also cured her kennel cough, hiding her pills in peanut butter. Currently not offering cat/dog boarding, but will consider it in the future.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 8 years old. My family has had dogs of many different sizes and breeds, from small to large dogs, so I’m comfortable around a variety of personalities and care routines. Although I no longer have a dog of my own after losing her to old age, I currently have two beautiful cats that I’ve cared for over the past two years.
