“We wanted to find a sitter in our neighborhood for when we are away. Jane was amazing and took in Siuy as though she was hers. I received constant communications and photos and loved how Siuy and Fancy zoomied with each other. My hope is that Jane would be willing to look after Siuy the next time we are away. “Ben took great care of my sweet girl, Penelope, so much that she didn't even notice me when I came to pick her up! He sent many photos and videos of her running around, sleeping, and getting fresh air. I was nervous searching for a dog sitter out of fear of her being mistreated. Ben assuaged all of my fears the second that I met him. His energy is very calm and welcoming. He spoke to his dog, my dog, and a third dog that he was watching with such love and tenderness. “Sam and her family hosted our cockapoo Diamond for a week. Working with Sam was an amazing experience from the first day we inquired! Diamond's stay was amazing, he had lots of fun which we could tell by all the photos that were sent to us. He was loved and taken very good care of for the week. Sam is also a great communicator which was very important to us because Diamond can be a little particular and a picky eater. Sam kept us informed about how Diamond was eating and how he was adapting to his new environment. Hands down we give Sam 10 stars🌟!”

Appa stayed with Katerina for 4 days. Katerina kept us posted with his daily activities. She checked in with us if Appa could have watermelon which shows her attentiveness to his diet. She sent pictures and videos of Appa. Katerina is a great sitter, will use her again.
We had such a wonderful experience! My dog was so happy and clearly felt comfortable and well cared for. Patricia kept me updated throughout the stay with lots of pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. Communication was always clear and easy, and she was very responsive whenever I reached out. We’ve booked with Rolando MANY times, however, this past time our baby girl fell ill and he dealt with it swimmingly. He let us know right away when she started to seem off and then the next day when things got worse he called and was very worried about her. I could tell he really cared. He was able to bring her to our vet right away (far away). He never seemed upset and I felt safe knowing our dog was in his care. The issue had nothing to do with him.
This was my second time leaving Zeus with Kitty (this time for a week!), and he had such a great time he didn't even want to go home—which is huge since he's usually overly attached to me! She gives prompt responses, constant updates, and takes him on tons of walks and park visits. Zeus looks forward to seeing her, and I will absolutely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!
Lina is the GOAT! My precious little boy came down with diarrhea the day he was to stay with Lina. He was to stay for only 4-5 hours, but Lina jumped to the rescue, made me feel like it was no problem and even supplied me with a small syringe and she helped me get a liquid anti-diarrhea medicine in his mouth! As I held little Ricky, Lina got the medicine into his mouth successfully. She's a pro, nothing phases her and she's only too happy to help with whatever you need. Most importantly, I felt totally comfortable leaving my Ricky in her care for the evening. Also, she sent photos and text messages updating me on his well being throughout the evening. The next day, Ricky is fine, eating a ton and everything back to normal. So whenever y'all in Brooklyn, even if it's a bit of a distance from where you need to be, it's always worth it to have great care, with good people who care, even if you have to go a bit out of your way. Thank you Lina!
Meg was wonderful and took excellent care of our (sometimes grumpy!) dog, Bruno. She has extensive experience with animals of all temperaments, was consistently responsive to messages, and proactively sent daily updates. While we were away, we had abundant peace of mind that Bruno was doing well and in caring hands. Most tellingly, when Meg dropped him off, Bruno was more interested in sniffing her and her car rather than saying hi to us, which to us epitomizes how great of a time he had in Meg’s care. She was very accommodating, generally as well as with drop off / pick-up, understanding of Bruno’s odd tendencies, and happy to indulge his absolute obsession with fetch. We will certainly be reaching out again in the future when we next need someone to look after our pup.
