About: I recently moved to Kennsington / Windsor Terrace and am looking for a dog to walk in the area to familiarize myself with the neighborhood, get exercise, and extra cash. I also do cat care and check-ins for travelers. I could potentially host the right animal in my apartment. More specifically, I am seeking short-term in-house pet care for October 22 - November 4th when my mother visits town. If this fits your description, please reach out! With my schedule I am available for mid day walks between noon and 4pm, perfect for when you’re in the office worried sick about your pets at home. Sam was a wonderful and incredibly kind dog sitter for Tilly. She was also very flexible, which made everything so much easier. She went above and beyond to make sure Tilly felt loved and cared for—even carrying her when needed (my bulldog can be a bit stubborn sometimes 😊). Beforehand, we met in advance and Sam took the time to walk me through how she cares for dogs while also asking thoughtful questions to understand Tilly’s needs. Kira was a wonderful sitter for Toby! She sent daily updates, photos, and short videos throughout his 11 day stay. Toby looked so comfortable and at home with her and her pup, Footsie. She kindly made sure he had extra toys in his size, a comfy dog bed, and extra play time in her buildings dog play area. Taylor was the best sitter for Ryder! He stayed with her for approximately three weeks, and I couldn’t have been happier with the care she provided. Taylor was very communicative throughout his stay, regularly providing updates and sharing pictures of Ryder. I always felt reassured knowing that he was in such a caring, safe, and loving environment. I would absolutely use her services again in the future and highly recommend Taylor to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter.
Melissa is truly so great! Lola can take a while to warm up to new people and Melissa was incredibly patient and sweet with her - giving her the space she needed until she was ready to be friends!! Melissa sent the perfect amount of updates and pics. I felt at ease (and my heart was full) knowing Lola was with her and would highly recommend Melissa to anyone!
Kelsey was wonderful! This was my first time using Rover, and she not only offered a meet-and-greet beforehand but was extremely reassuring and communicative during Ozzie's entire stay. She shared daily photos/videos and was also flexible when my travel plans changed and I had to pick up a little later than expected. Would definitely book with her in the future and have already recommended her to a neighbor!
Danny was so good with our pup I’d definitely book him again. It was a last minute weekend booking and our dogs first stay with Danny. He was so reassuring, great communication and sent plenty of videos - so I know Bacon was well cared for enjoyed his stay and put my mind at ease.
Rachel was really get with Bruce and very accommodating of him (due to being difficult with some other dogs) she was really sensitive to that and always made him comfortable! Shes great with communicating and being flexible - will be reaching out to her again when we need help with Bruce!
Meilin was absolutely outstanding with our 12 year old pup! He requires a lot of extra care, especially with his medications and specific routine, and she handled everything with incredible attention and care. We felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such capable hands. She was patient, responsible, communicative, and clearly treated Sam like he was her own. We are so grateful and would absolutely trust Meilin with him again!
Kristen was very accommodating! We were able to schedule a meeting and greet beforehand to make sure it was the best plan for both the pup and myself. Kirsten was very communicative and timely for picking up Tiger the day of the start of day. She was also very proactive in sending pictures and update updates a couple times in the day. She kept me informed about his feeding and when he didn’t feel like going outdoors! Will book again thank you, Kristen! Tiger had the best time! 💖
