Syd was professional and communicated clearly during every stage of the process. She also had to coordinate with my in-laws as they were taking over watching our pup. Everything was extremely smooth and well handled. Most importantly, our pup Miles seemed calm and at ease with Syd. It was a great relief to us and made our trip very pleasant knowing that Miles was well taken care of. We look forward to continuing to have Miles stay with Syd in the future.”
