About: I recently moved to Kennsington / Windsor Terrace and am looking for a dog to walk in the area to familiarize myself with the neighborhood, get exercise, and extra cash. I also do cat care and check-ins for travelers. I could potentially host the right animal in my apartment. More specifically, I am seeking short-term in-house pet care for October 22 - November 4th when my mother visits town. If this fits your description, please reach out! With my schedule I am available for mid day walks between noon and 4pm, perfect for when you’re in the office worried sick about your pets at home. I use my best judgment and respect the privacy of your personal information and honor your pets, belongings and space. I am always a phone call and a text away to address concerns or changes.

When she does get comfortable though, she loves human company, listening to you talk/read/sing. We shared all of this with Nour, and she truly heard it and found ways to make our cat feel calm and relaxed. We knew that from the photos she sent and by how our cat was when we returned home (after five days away)- she was purry and happy, always a great sign! About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 8 years old. My family has had dogs of many different sizes and breeds, from small to large dogs, so I’m comfortable around a variety of personalities and care routines. Although I no longer have a dog of my own after losing her to old age, I currently have two beautiful cats that I’ve cared for over the past two years. I’m mostly free right now and currently looking for a new job, so I have a very flexible schedule. I’m available during weekdays and weekends and don’t mind different schedules or routines. She took the time to do a meet and greet with us beforehand, which went really well, and I appreciated how attentive and honest she was when Lucy became nervous after drop-off. Since this was Lucy’s first time being away from me, I completely understood and appreciated Maria putting everyone’s comfort and safety first. She kept me informed the entire time and handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.
