That means Natalie did a great job taking care of our cat including giving him medication twice a day. She updated us regularly including after each time she administered medication to our cat for the first time in the morning and evening so that we knew all went well. (The AM and PM medications are different.) She took great care of our house, too. We will definitely hire Natalie again when we need cat care.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 8 years old. My family has had dogs of many different sizes and breeds, from small to large dogs, so I’m comfortable around a variety of personalities and care routines. Although I no longer have a dog of my own after losing her to old age, I currently have two beautiful cats that I’ve cared for over the past two years. I’m mostly free right now and currently looking for a new job, so I have a very flexible schedule. I’m available during weekdays and weekends and don’t mind different schedules or routines. I mostly just try to spend time with them and make sure they’re okay and comfortable. I follow the owner’s routine and instructions and make sure the pets are fed, walked, and not feeling lonely.

Alexandra was great in every way! Harper, my 10 year old lab mix, is super anxious, afraid of fireworks, thunder and meeting new people. Alexandra came to meet her several times before staying here which was a huge help. She is kind and patient and left everything spotless. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely ask her to sit again!
Anya took great care of our two needy cats - we had never done in-house sitting before, but thought they would be happier to have a companion while we were traveling rather than doing 30-60 minute drop in visits. Anya typically sent us 1 update per day (including photos/videos) and was very quick to respond when we reached out to her. She left our apartment very clean and our cats seemed much calmer when we got home compared to times where we’ve only arranged drop in visits. Thank you, Anya!
Zianne was wonderful! My sitter fell through last-minute for a long weekend wedding trip that I couldn’t miss. She was so patient, calm, and kind with my anxious 12 yr old pup. He has several medical issues and needs medications administered across several different timelines and Zianne was not phased by this at all! She sent frequent updates and even slept with Boot on her couch because her bed was too tall for him, and he doesn’t like to sleep alone. Zianne will now be one of my go-to sitters :)
Vibe check passed immediately 🐶 Adriana is thoughtful, present and exceeded expectations. Within 15 mins after entrusting her with our dog, she sent photo updates. She even did her own dishes (even though she could have used dishwasher). When we got back home, we could tell our dog was relaxed and happy with Adriana - highly recommend and we will def be asking her to sit for us again
Highly recommend! Desiree was so responsive and communicative throughout the entire stay, and we felt totally comfortable knowing our dogs were in great hands. They absolutely loved having her there and seemed so happy and relaxed when we got home. We’d definitely book with her again!
Jennifer stayed over our apartment to keep our cat Brisket company while we were on vacation for the week. She sent photos everyday and the apartment was immaculate when we got back! She even turned our cat cam on (which I totally forgot to mention) so we were able to watch him before we arrived back in NYC. All food, treat, litter notes were followed too :)
jaidi has a soothing and calming demeanor that meshed really well with our three cats, two of whom can be a little anxious and sensitive. two of our cats were currently being separated for some behavioral training, meaning there would need to be a little extra care and attention paid to them. she made sure the cats were swapped between the bedroom and living room to avoid feeling trapped in a small space for too long. bobbie can take a while to warm up to new people, but she seemed to take to jaidi rather quickly. towards the end of her stay, bobbie climbed onto her back which she only does with my partner (bobbie was originally adopted by my partner before we moved in together) and rarely with me. bobbie even went up on a vertical hammock for the first time since we installed it about 2 weeks ago. throughout our vacation, we got the cutest and most precious photo updates that made me feel like they were in the best hands and we had absolutely nothing to worry about. all to say, she worked her magic with our cats and they seemed to have a good time together. we will definitely be going to jaidi for all our future catsitting needs <3
Heather took unbelievably great care of Bailey and Bear when I traveled out of the country. She sent so many photos and videos, the dogs became so attached to her, and she remembered all of their quirks and habits. While taking such great care of the dogs, Heather also contended with a serious water leak in our home. She coordinated directly with our building manager, the workers, etc., as though she was a seasoned project manager. What could have been a very stressful experience for the dogs was completely mitigated by Heather’s exceptional ability to manage everything so seamlessly. Her love of animals is apparent in all she does….she is truly wonderful!
