Albert listened to our instructions on how to approach him. After an initial few minutes, my dog put his paw out to play with him. Albert had a list of questions ready to ask and showed genuine interest and safety in my dogs routine. During our week long stay out of town, Albert set many updates (including videos and pics). I was very assured my dog was well taken care of and loved. I received a pic of them cuddling on the couch. I have a large, reactive Golden Retriever, and Kat handles her calmly and confidently, especially on walks where my dog can pull. She’s very aware of triggers and I always feel at ease knowing my dog is in good hands. She makes sure my dog gets real time outside, including the park (her favorite), not just quick potty breaks. Kat is always on time, sends lots of updates, is genuinely kind and caring, and leaves my apartment exactly how I left it. Easily the best sitter experience I’ve had. jada was an amazing housesitter. i have a 100 pound xL bully so leaving town can be tough but jada made it easy. she sent regular daily updates with photos and even brought in a package and coordinated with my landlord. would definitely book again and recommend if you have a big dog too.
Jamela was perfect! My dog is quite often a bit standoffish and can have quite an attitude when I leave. Jamela was patient and understanding with him. By day two they were best buds, and that always makes it easier knowing your pet is happy. She sent daily updates on how everything was going, which meant I didn't need to check in much. Also, my apartment was left in great condition - she even put her bedding in the washer. I will definitely book again!
Although I am a catowner for some years, this was the first time I used an app to find a good person for my cats. If you are looking for a reliable and attentive, yet flexible person for sitting/feeding your pets, I can highly recommend Anna. She delivered everything one could want from a stranger in charge of the cats and their schedule... when being confronted with a sudden upset stomach of one of the cats, she informed me immediately, and then administered the appropriate medicine that I have in my fridge for such cases... I felt safe with her and my apartment as well. I will try to hire her again for sure, next time I travel
Morgan watched our little baby last weekend and was SO helpful. She stayed at our apartment and shared several updates per day. Natalie is great. When we arrived home our cat, who loves attention, acted like we were never gone. That means Natalie did a great job taking care of our cat including giving him medication twice a day. She updated us regularly including after each time she administered medication to our cat for the first time in the morning and evening so that we knew all went well. (The AM and PM medications are different.) She took great care of our house, too. We will definitely hire Natalie again when we need cat care.
