Janelle takes time to relieve their stress, play, etc. She was super attentive to my cat’s medical needs, which included administering an inhaler for asthma, probiotics, and an oral medicine. By the end of her stay, my cat trusted Janelle so much that she let her give her medicine without any struggle. And she’s excellent at communicating - she asks the right questions and sent me multiple pictures and videos every day! It really put me at ease while I was traveling.”

About: I grew up around dogs. Since I was born, my family has had Golden Retrievers who were my brothers. I have been working with and around dogs of any size all my life and have a huge love for them. I have cared for sick dogs, healthy dogs, energetic dogs, high maintenance pups. I love all breeds and personalities! I am a Brooklynite but I have no issue coming into Manhattan or Queens to spend some some time with your pup! I am a performing artist so my schedule is generally wide open. I can schedule whenever or wherever I am needed! Early mornings are not a problem for me nor are evenings. Long walks are not a problem for me, I live near Prospect Park and love walking in the parks in New York. I have no problem house sitting.

Alex was amazing and my two dogs loved him! One of our dogs is a little hesitant with new people and he won her over quickly, even at the initial meet and greet. He sent a ton of photos showing how much fun they were having and provided regular, detailed updates about their day, medications, and food. Our apartment was left in perfect condition. Eva was so good to our girl! We have an anxious dog and Eva made her feel comfortable almost immediately. She sent many pictures and cute updates on what they got up to throughout the day, and it’s clear that our dog was at ease which made us feel at ease too. Would love to book Eva again, highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience with Erik house sitting Scamp for me. I was a little nervous using a sitter for the first time because Scamp is large and reactive to other dogs, but Erik was able to accommodate him completely. Scamp received lots of walks and I was updated frequently throughout! He also left the house in perfect shape at the end of his stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
Piper was such thoughtful, prepared, and communicative house sitter! She asked lots of questions to ensure she was taking great care of both my dog Harley and my apartment. She sent me regular updates (I asked for 1-2 a day) and it was so clear to me from these messages and photos how happy and well cared for Harley was. I would definitely recommend Piper!
Halie was fantastic with our two cats! They absolutely loved her! She even helped set up our new cat fountain and kept us updated with plenty of pictures and messages. We felt very comfortable knowing our cats were in such great hands and would definitely recommend her!
Nicolas and Nana were absolutely amazing. I reached out to them last minute AND over a holiday weekend and they were happy to take on the responsibility of taking care of my high-energy doggo. I received pictures and updates daily, which naturally put me at ease over the 5 days i was out of town. My dog seemed so happy and im sure he will be looking forward to the next time I need to go somewhere without him last minute, as i will certainly be asking Nik and Nana again! 10/10 recommend giving your pup a staycation with these guys :)
