About: I have a degree in veterinary science and I’m currently on the road to attend veterinary school! I have lots of knowledge on pet behavior and how to properly care for them. I’ve worked as a veterinary technician for the past few years. I’ve worked in general practice, emergency animal hospitals, and even a pet hotel. About: Growing up we always had dogs and cats. I spent a lot of time with relatives who had more “exotic” pets ranging from degus to a Mali Uromastyx lizard not to mention the short-tailed opossum and various other small mammals. All this has contributed to making me an animal lover totally comfortable around them all! While still in high school I had the privilege of volunteering at a local wildlife refuge where I was responsible for the care of a wide variety of animals ranging from squirrels to owls and even foxes! During college I spent a summer working at a doggie day care center where I was responsible for both walking the dogs and supervising indoor play time.
