About: My family and I all love animals, so we applied to be pet's sitters at home care. We have a independent house with a yard, and there will always be someone at home 24 hours a day. The pets can move freely at home without too many restrictions. We have regularly clean to the house to ensure the clean and hygiene environment for all pets. I have over a year of experience in taking care of cats and over six years of experience in taking care of dogs. The longest time I took care of a cat was for two months. At the beginning, the cat would hide under the sofa for a week, but lately he became completely unrestrained and would lie on the bed together, play hide-and-seek with me, and explore every corner of the house. When the weather was good, the dogs could play freely in the yard. Welcome all cats and dogsto my home, we are the best friends of your pets! We can keep daily routine for all pet's. I am working part-time on weekends and I will come back at 4PM , but my family members are off on weekends. And my family members and I take care of all pets together. About: We are a family of dog lovers! My husband and I both grew up with dogs, and though we don’t have pets currently, our love of dogs keeps us pet sitting and dog walking around our neighborhood. Susan came to my house for a meet and greet about 1 week before the first visit. She was cordial and pleasant. I explained everything to her regarding feeding instructions, the litter box and most importantly the administration of meds to Belle who has a history of seizures. She was able to administer the med to Belles ear flap successfully. She came during the hours specified and always sent me a message with a pic. I feel very comfortable with her as I can see she is very capable. I would recommend Susan K. To any cat owner.
I cannot thank Stephanie enough for taking care of my sweet pup! It was my first time using Rover and I was nervous, hoping to find the right sitter while I was out of town for a few hours. Stephanie put all of my worries at ease during our meet & greet and I got to see firsthand how sweetly she interacted with my dog. During the week, my pup came down with an ear infection and needed to take antibiotics. I told Stephanie, and she gave my dog the antibiotic with ease. She is trustworthy, dependable, and an all around great sitter.
Jenny was responsive and on top of things. During the meet and greet she asked a lot of questions to make sure that she had all the information. She was happy to meet our two cats. During her visits, she checked in with me and sent pictures. Everyone was happy to have her visit.

I’m a very nervous pet owner, so leaving my cats alone while I’m on vacation is always a stressful experience. But Oluademi did an amazing job taking care of my cats and helped put me at ease every step of the way. She followed my (admittedly pretty complicated) instructions perfectly and with attention to detail. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
