Xiaoying & Bin X was amazing when we boarded our dog, Mochi, with her 10 days. She is very responsive and sent photos and videos everyday while we were away, which eased our nerves. Then when our flight was delayed, she was very accommodating in watching Mochi for an extra day with no issues. She also helped cleaned Mochi’s ears a few times during her stay when she noticed that she was scratching her ears a lot and recommended a cleaning solution as well. I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to others!
Vanessa was so easy to communicate with and made me feel SO comfortable with leaving my dog with her. She understood my dogs needs, specifically that she's a master escape artist. She kept updated with texts and pictures throughout my dogs stay. I also liked that her family was involved, as it made it a very homey environment. Alec is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, communication was clear, reliable, and reassuring. He truly keeps his word. Leaving my dogs for an entire week—especially with someone new—had me feeling pretty anxious, but Alec completely put my mind at ease. Throughout my trip, I was totally worry-free and stress-free thanks to the constant updates, photos, and videos. He kept me informed about everything—from how well they were eating, to their energy levels, and yes, even their “poop status” 😂. Knowing my dogs were happy, healthy, and well cared for made all the difference. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will 100% be using his services again in the future and would 100/100 recommend Alec to anyone who wants peace of mind while away from their fur babies!
Vanessa took very good care of both our pups. It seamed that they felt right at home when we picked them up. While the pups were happy to see us, they were also very comfortable at Vanessa's. It was our first time having Vanessa take care of our pups, and we are very happy we found someone so caring. She shared great pictures and videos during our time away, it was very helpful.
