I received texts, pics and videos of my dog continuously throughout the day to see my dog, adjusting to a new person and environment. I could see my bully taking to Karina very easily which gave me peace of mind while away. Karina was very attentive to my fur baby and making sure that she was her priority while under her care. When I picked up my dog the first thing I asked after expressing my appreciation was, if I ever have to leave my dog with anyone again, can I look you up on Rover and she said yes! My Pets home away from home. My pet looks forward to staying with Pam and feels so comfortable that he wants to go there when he senses me packing him up for a trip. I don't have to wonder whether he's doing well. She sends me constant video updates. she makes him part of her extended family.
Alba is fantastic! She welcomed Lady into her home and treated her as her own! Our little girl is happy, loving, and energetic. We found the perfect match with Alba! She kept in touch sending pics and videos showing Lady doing what she loves most...playing ball and sleeping alongside those she is comfortable with. This was our first time ever leaving a pet with someone not a family member or close friend. She was there from Friday morning to Sunday evening. A great comfort to know she wasn't alone at night. This was a great experience for us and would not hesitate to recommend Alba! We would certainly book with Alba again!
I am so glad to have found Xiaoying. She is excellent, experienced and knowledgeable. My dog was well cared for during his 6 day stay. He kept me informed about everything—from how well they were eating, to their energy levels, and yes, even their “poop status” 😂. Vanessa took very good care of both our pups. It seamed that they felt right at home when we picked them up. While the pups were happy to see us, they were also very comfortable at Vanessa's. It was our first time having Vanessa take care of our pups, and we are very happy we found someone so caring. She shared great pictures and videos during our time away, it was very helpful.
