About: I’ve grown up with dogs and animals my whole life - 31 years at this point. Ive had about 10 dogs throughout my life and have always helped with taking care of them. I’ve also helped train, walk, bathe, and groom dogs of friends and family. I am super comfortable with all types of dogs. I am very good at sensing animal behavior- sensing their body language and knowing how to alleviate any type of anxiety or reactivity, as well as working with them to build their confidence. I currently work part time locally, and part time at home so my availability is very flexible. I can be available at any time including weekends & holidays with notice. At home I have a nice size backyard that is fenced in with two dogs as well. I have a lot of toys to keep them entertained. At clients home I am very engaged. I can help with training and/or feeding your dogs, and whatever else may be needed. I have a very calm energy which is helps with building dogs’ trusts.

I have a spacious home for your dog to run around in as well as a yard perfect for potty breaks or playtime. My schedule is very flexible so I have the ability to give full attention to your dog. The retractable leash I provided broke on one of her walks and without hesitation she went out to get another leash for future walks. I’m happy to start with meet and greets if that would make you feel more comfortable. I travel roughly every 2-3 months for about a week at a time for work. When I am not traveling I am sometimes able to work from home, though my schedule is not consistent and my main career takes priority. When I can swing it, I’m happy to help! I have a fenced in yard and a friendly senior dog at home. I am happy to do drop ins to give your pet some love any time. My dog has a basic training degree and I have experience with many kinds of dogs.

Once again, Vanessa is the absolute best! Each time I have left my dogs in her care, I have felt completely at ease knowing they are being loved, well-cared for, and have playmates to keep them company while they are apart from their family. She’s communicative (always keeping us updated with the cutest pictures and videos), patient, and goes out of her way to make sure all bases are covered when you have any particular needs for your pups. Being away on a busy holiday weekend, we got stuck in even worse traffic than expected and were late to pick up. She was so understanding and patient which relieved any extra stress we had. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Pamela and the incredible care she gave my dog, Shadow, while I was away on vacation. We had a great experience with Jaxon’s stay! It was his first time away from us, and she was very understanding and kept us updated with lots of pictures and videos. He was a little nervous the first day, but by day two he had settled in, made friends with the other dogs and bonded with her daughter. They took great care of him, took him for walks, and she even gave him a hygiene trim. Jaxon came home happy and well cared for. We would definitely use her again!

Leaving my dogs for an entire week—especially with someone new—had me feeling pretty anxious, but Alec completely put my mind at ease. He kept me informed about everything—from how well they were eating, to their energy levels, and yes, even their “poop status” 😂. Vanessa took very good care of both our pups. It seamed that they felt right at home when we picked them up. While the pups were happy to see us, they were also very comfortable at Vanessa's.
