I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, and I’m comfortable with both puppies and senior dogs. Since I’m not currently a dog owner, I pour all my energy and affection into the dogs I sit for. I also have a fenced yard, which gives dogs a secure place to play and relax. When caring for dogs in my home, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and part of the family. I live in a house with a fenced yard, so dogs have a secure space to play and get fresh air. I stick to their usual routines as closely as possible—feeding, walking, playtime, and rest—based on their owner’s instructions. I keep a calm, clean environment and always give plenty of love and attention. For walks and weekend daycare, I focus on making the experience fun and stress-free. I tailor walks to each dog’s energy level and needs, whether it’s a quick potty break or a longer walk for exercise. I also pay close attention to leash safety, weather conditions, and staying in familiar areas unless otherwise requested. Whether in my home or out and about, your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority.

About: Have had dogs my whole life. I am very patient and kind to dogs. My wife and I have a fenced yard. Our last dog was 18 years old and we loved her to the end. I’m currently working 4 days a week at home so have plenty of time to play with the dog, feed the dog or let the dog outside to play. I can also walk the dog a few times throughout the day as needed. I have a fenced yard and work from home so can easily watch your dog in a safe environment and will be able to give your pet the attention it deserves.

“Thank you Gloria for taking such a good care of my baby! My dog Riley stayed with Gloria and Jose for the first time this past weekend. Riley is diabetic and requires daily injections. Since it was his first time away from us he refused to eat his meals. Gloria hand fed him and made sure he ate everything before administering his shots. He also has dry eye disease and needs eye drops twice a day which Gloria kindly took care of. Overall, we are very pleased with how Gloria took care of our baby. “Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”
