I understand that leaving your pet with someone is a big decision, so my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. I treat every pet as an individual. Some dogs want a long walk and lots of playtime, while others are happier with a slower walk, some attention, and a comfortable place to relax. About: I've taken care of dogs of all sizes ever since I was 12. My own or those family members. Everything from dog-walking, dog-sitting, and more. Currently working a part-time, so Mondays through Wednesdays before 11:30am, but full availability Thursday through Sunday! Can be pretty flexible, especially if you let me know in advance. Will usually first greet/play with them for a bit, followed by taking them for a walk and then either play with them more or just keep them company should they not be up for it. Will also feed them if necessary, of course.

About: Over the course of my time I've taken care of and lived with goldfish, parakeets, a big old mutt, several great cats...and chickens. Considering that I grew up in Manhattan, I'd say that if that doesn't account for exeptional qualifications to love and care for our furry (or scaly, or feathered) friends, I'm not sure what could! Our kids are off exploring the world as newly minted adults leaving my wife and I with two finicky cats. With a little extra time on my hands I thought it would be a good idea to help other pet owners out to work all day or preferably, gone on a much needed vacation but looking for someone to check in on their furry loved ones. I freelance from home as a designer, so I typically have time at both ends of the day to extend a helping hand to anyone who needs a little extra care for their pet. We have 2 cats at home of whom I am the primary caretaker of, so adding a visit to a neighbor in need would be easy. I will follow all instructions and care indications you give for your pet(s) to the letter and provide pictures of completion if you request it.

Multiple years experience as a veterinary assistant handling cats and dogs all day, while learning valuable skills in healthcare. One of the most important parts of this job was creating a comfortable environment for the pet to build trust with them. I will do the exact same with your pet. In more personal experience, I have had family pets all my life, and was mostly responsible for their wellbeing. I ensured that they lived the happiest life they could, and I plan to do the same with your pet! As a student and part-time employee, I have gained a lot of skill in time management and balancing a heavy workload. Regardless, I will make sure my schedule works with you before confirming a booking! At your home, I will follow all instructions exactly as you list them to keep your pet on their schedule. And, I have developed good skills in reading animals' body language over the years, so gauging how much attention they want in any moment will not be a problem.

About: I have taken care of dogs for 15 years. From puppies to seniors, Dachshunds to Pitties. I’ve owned my pit for 15 years and I adore him with my life. I have dog sat for a whole week even commuting to and from work to make sure their pup was safe and healthy. I have dealt with all the beautiful and not beautiful moments with my furry friends and I will always make sure to take care of them and make them feel at home with me. If possible please give me a week advance to make sure I can give your pup my undivided attention and give me enough time to plan effectively I make sure to continue the schedules my clients supply to me. I had a dog with a very specific diet, so I will be sure your dog gets all their meds and proper food so they stay in great health! I also am active so long walk and play time are no stranger to me! If your dog is more mellow I will match their energy and pace so they can feel comfortable and secure. I am Dog CPR certified and Dog behavior certified, so I am able to work around all personalities! My dog of 16 years was also reactive towards many obstacles, so please don’t hesitate if you have a reactive dog as we can work through it together!
