I can help with: • Dog walking 🐕 (long or short walks, based on your pup’s needs) • Cat sitting 🐈 (feeding, playtime, litter cleaning, cuddles) • Pet sitting at your home 🏠 (keeping your pet company, making sure they’re safe and happy) I’m responsible, patient, and very energetic — perfect for pets that love to play or need extra attention. Whether your furry friend needs exercise, care while you’re away, or just some company, I’m here to help! Can’t wait to meet your pets and give them all the love and care they deserve 🐾 I love spending time with pets! I make sure they get walks, playtime, meals, and plenty of love every day, keeping them happy and safe I always prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment. In my care, pets have a clean, secure space to relax, and I closely supervise them during play and walks. About: I’m currently in my second year of veterinary school at TuftsVet. I’ve had extensive animal experience as a result, including 500+ hours in a veterinary clinic. I’ve also worked full-time for a year at a veterinary pharmacy, and part-time as a kennel assistant at a dog and cat daycare where I mostly boarded, walked, and socialized with the dogs. I love animals, and want to give them the best care because that’s what they deserve! I unfortunately am only available until August, but my schedule over the summer is very flexible. The only day I am strictly unavailable are Sundays, but otherwise from 11am-7pm I am free. Check-ins will include checking their food/water, general status, and of course, playtime! Any instructions that the owner leaves will be followed and photos of the pet will be sent to the owner during check-ins.

Thank you, Brianna, for taking care of my elderly cats for two weeks! Usually, when I leave them, they get upset and could pee all over and make a mess. At this time, I came back to the clean apartment, and my cats were healthy and cheerful 😻.

About: I’ve taken care of and trained my own dog and cat for the past 6 years and before that, dog-sat for family, friends, and neighbors for several years, including walking, feeding, bathing, playing, and keeping pets company while their owners are away. I’m patient, gentle, and attentive to each pet’s personality and routine. I’m super comfortable with energetic pets who need exercise, as well as shy or older pets who need extra care, calm attention, and consistency. I will always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I've also taken care of birds, mice, and bunnies, so I would love to help out with any of those, too! I'm currently a University of Pennsylvania student home for the summer! I'm working an internship but am completely free in the evenings and on the weekends! I make safety and comfort my top priorities. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, triggers, and favorite things so they feel secure and cared for. In a client’s home, I respect their space, follow instructions closely, keep doors and gates secure, and send regular updates. I’m attentive on walks, careful around other animals, and always make sure pets get the right mix of exercise, affection, and calm downtime. At my own home, I have a large completely fenced yard with cameras for additional safety. I also live across the street from a park so for the energetic ones, I have lots of opportunities to take them out!

About: I adopted a feral from my backyard and made it into a house cat! I also have experience cat sitting my neighbors cat and animals. I currently have two cats of my own, so I understand the dynamics of having multiple cats at home. I am a teacher with summers off so I have plenty of time to cat sit. I am free most afternoons as well for pet care needs. I have my own home so there is enough space for all the cats to enjoy. They have three floors to roam around freely without having to worry about getting along with each other.

I am also currently in college pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. I'm currently in college and working part-time but I will have more than enough time to truly care for and walk your pups! I will put great amount of time and energy into each walk. I have 3 dogs which I have cared for, for many years and take on extensive walks 3-4 times a day. I know how to leash-train and can deal with pulling. Dogs tend to trust me quickly because I take time to let them know I’m here to care for them. First time arranging a sitter for my cat and I was nervous, but I got Christy and she has been amazing and lovely. Cats can be cats and I worried if my girl got overstimulated and took a “stop petting me now” swipe a sitter would be upset, but Christy gets cats! I got updates and photos every visit and she made sure I knew my kitty was doing well. It was such a relief that she genuinely likes my cat! Will definitely be using Christy again!

About: What truly sets me apart is my lifelong, hands-on experience as a devoted pet parent — especially with senior dogs and emotionally sensitive pets. I cared for my beloved senior dog Rocki for 14 years, supporting him through every stage of life, including the extra patience, gentleness, and attentiveness senior dogs need. Today, I share my life with my dog River and also help care for my partner’s 16-year-old senior dog, so I am very comfortable with senior care, slower mobility, routine-based needs, and gentle handling. I’m highly attentive to body language, emotional comfort, and stress signals, which helps me support anxious, sensitive, or aging dogs in a calm and reassuring way. My home provides a safe, structured, and loving environment where dogs can feel secure and relaxed. I’m also patient and consistent with younger dogs, helping reinforce routines, calm behavior, and positive habits through gentle guidance and structure. Every dog in my care is treated like family with safety, emotional awareness, patience, and genuine love. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life. I structure my days around consistent walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and calm rest periods for my own dog, River, as well as my partner’s senior dog. Because caring for animals is already part of my everyday routine, I’m able to provide dependable, attentive, and structured care for pets staying with me. I prioritize supervision, emotional comfort, and routine so every dog feels safe, relaxed, and cared for throughout the day. In my home, pets are treated like family in a calm, safe, and loving environment. I follow each dog’s normal routine closely, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and plenty of rest and comfort. I pay close attention to body language, emotional needs, and stress signals to ensure every dog feels secure and relaxed. My home includes a fenced backyard for safe outdoor time, cozy indoor rest areas, and close supervision throughout the day. In a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain their pet’s established routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I provide gentle, attentive care, ensure safety, and send regular updates with photos so pet parents always feel reassured while they’re away.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I’m currently a proud dog mom to a friendly 2 year old lab mix, and I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pet like family. Over the years, I’ve cared for many friends’ and family members’ pets through walking, feeding, playtime, overnight care, and sticking to each pet’s unique routine. As a teacher, I’m patient, dependable, attentive, and great at reading behavior and energy levels, skills that translate perfectly to pet care. I’m comfortable with energetic young dogs who need exercise and structure, as well as pets who simply want companionship and consistency. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away, with plenty of updates and photos along the way! I am a full time teacher, with availability for afternoon/evening times for weekdays. I am free on the weekends as well. Once summer comes, my availability definitely opens up. My home is pet friendly, with a fenced in backyard. I do have one dog at home so your pup has to be dog friendly. If I come to your house, it will be left as it was found. I will make sure to keep your dog comfortable and safe during during my visit.

About: Hi my name is Brian and I’m a big animal lover I love all types of animals! Whenever I visit my aunt I always take her dog on a walk because he’s so energetic and large they can’t walk him since he pulls them, Thankfully my size helps because I can’t be dragged along! I usually clean and change my birds water every day but i can walk dogs on my free days outside of clssses since those days are in the afternoon. I am a very cautious person when it comes to walking my aunts dog let alone going on a walk myself so I will make sure your sweet summer child doesn’t go where they can’t go!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
