That extra effort made the transition seamless when I left her fully in control and responsible for his care. She handled everything with calm confidence and professionalism, and I felt completely comfortable trusting her. Communication was excellent throughout, including coordinating with my mom regarding Mr. President’s care and handling while I was away. It was clear she was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in doing things the right way. I truly appreciated her reliability and care during this time.
I can’t say enough good things about Kelsey! She took great care of my puppy, Milo, today and did an absolutely phenomenal job.
