About: I’ve spent over 23 years caring for animals and grew up around large, strong dog breeds like Cane Corsos and Pit Bulls. About: I graduated from college with a Bachelors degree majoring in animal science with a concentration in canine care. Which includes behavior, aggression, handling, and training. I have worked with dogs before. I am great with with many different types of dogs and I love to interact with them. I care greatly for the whatever dog that is in my care. I am available mostly on the weekend. I have open availability during the week if given a few days in advance. I love to play and have fun with dogs. I have also have some experience with grooming, walking, caring uses and training dogs and kennel work. I have flexible hours and I am good at understanding what the owner and their dog wants and needs. I like to take care of different kinds of breeds of dogs. I spend most of my time taking care of my dogs who are a handful but gives me so much joy in life. I am currently just doing temporary work so I am mostly at home and able to take care of pets in-between taking care of my own dog. I live in an apartment so I will often my dog and a clients dogs to the dog park if the client allows it. If I am at the client's home then I will abide by the rules that the client sets for their pet.

About: I've cared for both dogs and cats my whole life-- I've never lived without a pet! I also have experience as a volunteer caretaker through my local animal shelter, and a deep passion for animal welfare and happiness. I work part-time and am a part-time student, so please check my calendar for availability. I have class from 4-9pm Tuesday & Wednesday and my work schedule is typically the day shift on Monday and Thursday. Again, if there are any deviances, I will mark them on the calendar! I'm happy to let your pet set the pace-- if they're a cuddle bug, I'll give them snuggles, and if they need some time to warm up, I'll sit quietly while they get used to me. If your puppy feels the need for speed, I'll take him on a sprightly jog, but if your senior prefers to take the scenic route, we can stop and sniff every tree. I'll listen to your instructions and preferences and theirs.

About: Hello! My name is Julissa. I have so much love for all pets and animals. Growing up, i’ve always had a dog in the house, and they were always such an important member of our family. It’s been about five years since I’ve had a dog of my own. My last dog’s name was Sasha. We adopted her when she was six and had her until she was about thirteen. She was so smart, loving, and anxious when we first got her so our first few years together were spent establishing trust. Eventually we managed to off-leash train and we worked a lot on her recall so that we could enjoy longer walks and outdoor activities while ensuring that she always felt safe in her environment. At home we set her bed up in the kitchen, where we would pass our time cooking and spending a lot of quality time together. I had so many good years with my Sasha, and since she passed I have genuinely missed spending time with animals on a consistent basis. Since then, most if not all of my friends and family have entrusted me with taking care of their animals when they are busy or traveling, so I’ve had a lot of experience with many different pets and their varying needs/personalities. I work freelance as an artist. I am a musician, so I often stay at home practicing or composing. However most of my work is in the film industry, and this work ranges from smaller independent projects to network television. Although I do work on set sometimes, I try to take on as many post-production gigs as possible, so I often find myself sitting behind a desk all day. I have always made it a priority to work in a field that I am passionate about, and my decision to work with Rover has been no different. Caring for animals is not only something I am passionate about, but also a wonderful opportunity to go on walks and spend quality time with pets. I will always be very clear about any changes in my work schedule if those are to arise, but my reliability and dedication never wavers I have a fenced in yard and plenty of spaces in the house for your pet to wander and feel comfortable. I am also very trust worthy, organized, communicative, and extremely eager to work with you!

About: I've taken care of my 9 year old Pekingese Jax since he was a puppy! He's my Taurus bestie! Now I have the joy of raising my 6 month old Goldendoodle Sevyn! Routine and fun is KEY! I currently work part time so I have plenty availability to care for and have fun with your fur baby! Schedule times for feeding and peepee poopoo time! At my home I have a large patio where your pet can eat, chill and lounge and people watch! However you parent your pet at home will be the rules I follow!

I’m currently only in college taking only a few classes, so I’ll have lots of time to play and walk with your pup! I live in an apartment, but live right next to the infamous Crotona Park, so your pup will always have a fun, big, and interesting park to walk in when they’re staying with me.
