“Nari, Ryan and Jiyu took great care of Bella for over two weeks. They took Bella everywhere they went. Many pictures and videos were sent to us. And we could tell Bella loved them from the updates we received daily. We were quite surprised how well Bella adapted that we started to get a bit jealous! They treated Bella like a family member. And we would definitely trust them again to take care of Bella in the near future!”

“We had great communication with Shirley throughout the entire process. We did a meet and greet before the stay, and she asked thoughtful questions beforehand to really get to know our dog. During the stay, she shared lots of photos and videos, which we truly appreciated. She was also very flexible and accommodating when we had to change our plans due to the snowstorm. We had a meet and greet and felt comfortable right away because I saw the genuine care and passion that he had. We left our dog for 6 days and felt very comfortable because he kept us posted during the entire stay.
