We have a nervous, 95 lb pup and I’m a nervous dog mom - Dominique took so much time to make us both feel comfortable for Saint’s first boarding - sending tons of pictures and always staying in touch. Dominique also walks Saint once a week (so we could make sure our nervous pup was prepared for this boarding) and Saint absolutely adores them. Saint almost never gets excited to see “strangers”, but when Dominique comes to pick her up, Saint thinks she’s hanging out with her best friends. There’s days Saint knows Dominique will be coming for her walk, and she’ll sit by the door waiting, given how Saint is super shy, seeing her look forward to a friend coming over like this makes me so happy. Dominique knows dogs, with a background in dog training, they knew exactly how to make Saint feel comfortable in no time at all (Dominique was “friends” with Saint within five minutes of her first walk!!). Jasper had a great time with Nari, Ryan and Jiyu! We did a meet & greet and 1 day boarding prior to our vacation. Our dog seemed happy during his time away. I had great communication with Janet throughout the entire process. We did a meet and greet before the stay, and she asked thoughtful questions beforehand to really get to know Isabella. During the stay, she shared lots of photos and videos, which appreciated. Isabella adjusted quickly to the environment and became buddies with her dogs.
We booked Anny for ann overnight stay and from the start she made us feel extremely comfortable. We dropped are dog off and immediately we had pictures of the dog. Anny treated our dog just like it was here own she has a beautiful home extremely clean with all the necessities a dog could use. We picked up are dog and she was happy you could see the care that Anny and her family gave. I had to find a last-minute sitter for Romeo while I was away. He was initially staying with family, but due to some unexpected medical emergencies, we had to make other arrangements. I was so lucky to find Jun T., who took care of Romeo for 15 days. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Jun took wonderful care of Romeo, took him out for walks, and sent me pictures and videos every day along with regular updates. Sabrina was a great pet Sitter. First and foremost, you can tell that she loves animals and takes great care of them. She provides excellent communication and sends lots of pictures and videos so you know that your pet is comfortable and well taken care of. She followed my pet’s routine and went above and beyond to make sure my pet was comfortable. Overall she’s a very friendly person and was super accommodating with scheduling for drop off and pickup. I highly recommend her our experience (my dog and I) was great I would definitely book with Sabrina again.
Excellent care and my Bella had the best time in her short 4 yrs. Patricia when far and beyond what I had expected. Her own 2 yr baby pup was the cherry on the top.
