Rosie is our 14-year-old dachshund mixed dog with arthritis and separation anxiety, and leaving her for nights at first worried us as we’ve never done boarding before. But Kam gave us total peace of mind. She learned Rosie’s whole feeding and supplement routine thoroughly, and since Rosie eats so little, she even boiled eggs for extra nutrition (she always checks with us first to make sure if Rosie can or can not eat certain things). Worried Rosie would be anxious at night, she slept on the living room floor with her. Every day we got sweet, detailed updates with photos and/or videos. You can tell Kam truly loves animals and cares for every pet like her own. This was the most relaxed we’ve ever felt leaving Rosie. Thank you, Kam.
Ilona was wonderful with Princess. Princess had a seizure which she hasn’t had in months and Ilona was so warm, caring and comforting to Princess. Dan and her partner were the best sitters we’ve ever had! We have a very sweet but very anxious girl who still gets nervous around new people so we really appreciated how patient and kind they were with Chloe from the very beginning. They let her open up slowly on her own time and by the end of her stay it was so evident how much she had grown to love them. They also kept us constantly updated with lots of photos and videos of Chloe which we loved seeing on our trip as we were missing her so much. Would recommend Dan and her partner to everyone!
Athena was a great sitter. I needed a last minute booking and she, with no hesitation picked up and responded to all my questions and requests.
