About: I have grown up around dogs as well as owned my own dogs for many years. I am well versed in walking, feeding, bathing, and simple grooming techniques. Currently, I work at a vet clinic where we have patients of all shapes and sizes, and I also spent two years being a puppy sitter for Seeing Eye puppies in training. Due to those two years, I have experience with puppies as young as 7 weeks old, and can confidently assist with basic obedience training where needed. I also have experience with larger breeds like Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and German Shepherds. My schedule changes weekly, however, I am almost always available for at least 4 days of the week! I also have extracurriculars but those are flexible and can be worked around. I always make sure to double check the fit of harnesses/collars to ensure the safety of pets on a walk. I am capable of putting an animal back in a crate if necessary as well.

About: I was previously in a internship program about animals specifically dogs for a whole summer. Picking up after them and feeding them. It was about 28 dogs on the busiest days and the minimum was about 10 so I got to know very different and unique dogs. Shibo was absolutely amazing! I have two male cats, and one of them I had just adopted 10 days before leaving for my trip. He was very skittish when I first got him, but he warmed up to Shibo right away. My other cat took a liking to him immediately as well—who wouldn’t! Shibo was so wonderful, giving my cats the attention they needed while I was away. In the past, I relied on neighbors and people just stopping by to feed and check on them, but my experience with Shibo has completely changed my perspective. It is worth every penny to have someone as great as him looking after your fur babies! When I returned, I could see the difference in my fluffy companions in the best way as this is very early in their introduction phase. I had peace of mind knowing they were well cared for. Shibo provided fantastic updates and beautiful photos, making it clear that my cats had a wonderful time with their new friend.
